If it means they are still considering him for the Bachelor, well so be it. I have lost some respect for Tyler though.

Also adding...TPTB need to not hire f**kboi's to date The Bachelorette.

Ok, but seriously. Is there a 1000000% we see him next BIP? I haven't been keeping up with his post show. Has he said anything about being interested in continuing in the franchise?

I don't keep up with him either. But from the little info I gathered I think he could be. I read he has been hanging out with one of the shows producers while in LA. Again no real info other than that and the impression I get is that he is still good with the people that run the show even after everything. I don't think he has closed the door on the franchise. Jmo.

I get a sense he's not closing the door on the franchise either. He's been busy doing post show interviews and podcasts. I don't care for the guy, but hope he thinks long and hard about going on BIP hoping for some redemption edit.

Totally unacceptable IMHO.

And to think, that this is after the show has ended. TPBP aren't any more trying to run the contestants lives during the show, they want to run it even after the show.
And imho Hannah took the perfect opportunity FOR HER, when she asked Tyler out for drinks on AFTR. It gave her chance to end her season not totally single. It just put Tyler, who had started to move on, in a no win situation. Had he declined the drinks, he would've been called uncaring, heartless idiot. And he really had no reason to decline, he has been Hannah's biggest cheerleader throughout the season. Of course he wanted to make it easier for her. But as said, he was imho over Hannah the moment she dumped him (over as in, there's no take backs, he had to move on, not that his feelings were over). He had already made plans to go out with Gigi. So now, instead of dealing it with during AFTR, and not trying to save face then, Hannah is acting now like a petulant child, imho at he encouragement of her handlers, and has to deal with ending up as single. Tyler didn't put his life on hold for her, how dare he! Other women find him attractive, and want to make it clear, how dare they. So TPBP AND Hannah are throwing undeserved shade. Imo.

Good on Tyler for not wanting to be Hannah's rebound because let's be honest that's exactly what he would have been. I know some fans are mad he isn't bowing down to Hannah anymore(& he doesn't have to after her dumping him and him always being put behind the likes of music guy laugh out loud

) .

I honestly don't know what some are mad about only that it comes down to a ship that was never promised.

IMO Tyler was very sincere in his proposal to Hannah. It was a sweet proposal. I really felt for him when Hannah cut it short. I think if Hannah had selected him, they would be a couple right now, enjoying each other and trying to make it work like any other engaged couple from the show. But, she didn't pick him. I think that Tyler has a healthy sense of self-esteem, and if a woman is going to turn him down in favor of another man, he is going to do his level best and try to move on. And he did just that in the time after filming stopped and Hannah was engaged to Jed. Does he still have some feelings for her? Sure, and vice-versa. But he had a solid two months of getting up every day and knowing it wasn't him.

I remember when Arie broke up with Becca, and she had the sudden realization that, "it wasn't me." I think it's possible that Tyler went through a similar process. And I think it might be very difficult to do a 180 few months later and give it another try. I can see them remaining friendly with each other, but I don't blame Tyler for being hesitant, and I wouldn't blame Hannah either for being hesitant given what she's gone through.

Oh, and I just want to put it out to the universe that if Tyler ever wants to be photographed leaving my house early in the morning, I can make that happen. giggling

I think many people are disappointed that they didn't get back together (TBH I'm one of them), and I think under different circumstances they could have been very good together, but those circumstances didn't align. I think Tyler was very open to a reconciliation with Hannah but I think he had some criteria that he needed to be met, and IMO he learned enough on that "drink date" that they were not met - and that he would have, in fact, been Hannah's rebound. And to that role he said "Thanks but No Thanks". And I don't blame him one bit - I would have done exactly the same thing. Just not with Gigi Hadid.

In the meantime Jed is still dropping and is at 418,783

The happy hour podcast.. makes me feel for Hannah. And this comes as a fan of both. But whatever happened on Thursday night in private, “those private conversations”, she definitely left thinking he had feelings for her and there might be something there. Yes publicly they were saying one thing, but privately I believe her on this I think a lot more was said. So I totally get where she’s coming from, he’s allowed to date, but literally 2 days later in such a public way hurt. I can understand that hurt. and she’s really not bashing him, she keeps getting asked these questions and is trying to be as nice as possible when you know this was a kind of blow.

It seems jarring to me because during the airing of the season he was her protector. I don’t want to argue about about what/if he owes Hannah anything, I don’t want to debate that. I just feel sad/disappointed about the situation for her. But that’s just me and I understand that there is a wide range of opinion on this one.
