He's not forcing her to make any comments. And imho he's been very kind and nice to her and about her throughout the whole journey. Imo.

I am extremely baffled at this "Gigi is only using him, she's leaking all her private information to the tabloids, she's using the current hot guy to stay in the spotlight" stuff that I read. Hannah was the one who on public TV, live airing on AFTR decided to ask Tyler out for drinks. After she dumped him on a tv show. She's giving interviews and can use her social media to say anything she wants. Chris Harrison is giving interviews on her behalf, calling Tyler her second or third choice. Tyler and were papped outside her house. Imho she's the one using the media to create her narrative. But sure, vague info about Tyler going out with Gigi is being a PR genius. Imho

Why oh why Hannah didn’t you choose Tyler. What a beautiful love story that would have been. One more week/date and I truly believe she would have picked Tyler. He seemed to love and adore her and was ready to commit. She just needed a bit more time. I also really believe that she had regrets/doubts as soon as she let him go. Oh well, her loss and he is probably very cautious about a relationship with Hannah. Unless of course what we saw of Tyler on the show isn’t him in real life. Who really knows. Goes without saying, all IMO!

If DWTS announcement is postponed, and the reason is Tyler/Gigi, it suggests to me that they are waiting to see how things play out over the next 3-4 weeks.  I think the announcement was supposed to be Hannah and Tyler.  It was planned to coordinate with the ABC TCA event and the premiere of BIP (IMO), makes sense it was the two of them.  Then the mass shootings caused the first postponement, followed by the Sunday/Monday outings with Gigi. The timing is no longer right for that announcement.  It doesn't necessarily mean Tyler won't dance, (he may or may not) but it will be announced at a less harried time. There are lots of variables.  By this time next week, Gigi could be a thing of the past.

It was wonderful even noble of him to defend her. But it is understandable if anyone, even Hannah, might secretly hope it was a sign of something more than chivalry, jmo

My two cents... she didn’t want him. It might be a harsh reality but he was her third/fourth choice. Luke, Jed, romped with Peter and rejected Tyler at F2. She claimed she with Peter 4 times. They showed us her rejecting Tyler in the FS. Whatever her thoughts of Tyler she chose to reject him, but now he’s supposed to be a bandaid for all of her booboos. 
IMO, Hannah and TPTB/CH are using Tyler because of his popularity and millions of followers. Tyler is single, he’s entitled to a hot boy summer.  This PR is ABC ratings cash cow. Hannah is the cow right now.

I agree. Fashion week is next month. It generates buzz for her...possibly him but he has a very limited modeling portfolio right now so not sure it would help him secure work.  ABC still holds his contract (ie right of first disapproval) I would guess and pissing them off- well, Fleiss and co. can simply say no he can't do DWTS even if it's offered or anything else and it's a wrap. They'll "protect" Hannah first because she seems really pliable (and frankly a bit naive when it comes to how slimy those folks are). Again, do your thing, Tyler, but this all may be a little shortsighted. But, hey live your best single guy life and have stories to tell your kids in the future. IMO, if Tyler has to do what ABC says regarding his personal life, if Hannah is part of the package to do DWTS, then he shouldn’t do it. It’s not worth it. They led him down the primrose path once and he got his heart handed to him in shreds.
Now he needs to take his life back. If he wants to spend time with Gigi, that’s his call, not ABC’s. I heard CH’s little veiled threat regarding TB. Tyler’s silence speaks volumes. I’m proud of him. He jumped out of the wade pool into the ocean. He’s a Florida man. My money is on his ability to swim and become a bigger fish. I’m here for it.

Hmmm u might b right that they were intended as a dynamic duo for dwts and now it would be too hard to pull off. 

But a lot of this is conjecture, I need to keep reminding myself.

There's some precedence here that might be worth considering. In 2003 the show sued Bob Guiney over a recording contract he secured while he was under an exclusive contract (this is basically the same thing as if Tyler would secure modeling work while still under his contract). The show basically lost that lawsuit on a couple of key issues:

1 - Guiney did not appear as a recording artist on the show - he appeared as simply a private citizen and therefore the exclusivity clause was unenforceable because:
2 - The exclusivity clause does not (cannot) prevent someone from engaging in their profession.
3 - And specifically for Tyler, he did not receive financial consideration for his time on the show (Guiney had) and thus was not an employee of the show.

So Tyler could freely pursue his established profession as a model (which he was) with no interference from the show or his contract with them. IIRC he's already got two dates to model for a CA based clothing company, and I'd be rather completely surprised if he doesn't get more and bigger things in the days / weeks to come. And IMO there would be a valid argument that since he was not appearing on the show as a dancer, but has some dance training, he could do DWTS even if TPTB didn't want him to - as long as ABC wanted him to.

Good points, Lucas. But I suspect abc might not want it if Hannah feels she can't handle it if Tyler's dating someone. Or at minimum I'm not sure how the audience would receive them.... I'm not sure how I would feel, having to root against Tyler, my boy,  as I prolly would if Gigi is hanging around and Hannah is there. Such a mess!  Sometimes I wish tannah had just made a clean break the way Hannah and peter did, or even Hannah and mike. I just hope if they chose not to it's because they themselves did not want to, not to appease (tease) the audience. Aaargggh.

May I ask another million dollar question?

If paps/page 6 said that Tyler was seen going in to GiGi's parking garage. No pics? If so, why would they not hang out until that suburban came back out?
Easy enough to figure out where Tyler lives. Why not camp out until he came home?
Certainly was the top "news" yesterday. I am sure there would be photographic evidence. Thinking and writing out loud.....

Also, if DWTS is a real prospect to TC, expect to see more interaction on SM. Feel like he will drop more Hannah vibes (whether true or not). In the grand scheme of his life, seems like DWTS would be more lucrative for him than modeling right now.

I have a strong feeling that Hannah is in for DWTS. Shoulder issues may have been due to some practice sessions?
