Nick has been saying before he even met Tyler that he felt like Jed and Luke were her top guys for the most of it, which meant Tyler and Peter probably knew this and were along for the ride because they were attracted to her, cared about her, and they had fun. This is just Nick’s opinion.

To be honest, I think Tyler genuinely fell for her. Everything I’ve seen leads me to believe that. I just think Tyler’s a genuine guy who still continues to care about Hannah.

@Alanna Maybe he's just not her type. :shrugs: But her whole little spiel about not sleeping with Tyler because she was concerned about their emotional connection made zero sense after her date with Peter, whom she has no emotional connection with. I think it's as simple as she liked Peter more heading into FS and was planning on eliminating Tyler. But she liked Tyler more after FS, so she kept him. JMO

According to a poster on reddit, Nick said on the bachelor party podcast, he believes Tyler loves Hannah but as a friend and he likely knew it wasn't him during the fantasy suites.  This I can believe.  It makes sense based on the edit and the SM antics.  I believe this podcast was taped after he met Tyler, but I didn't listen.

I just don’t understand Hannah. How can one not be “into” Tyler? It doesn’t compute.

I've found myself thinking about how she spoke to him when saying there would be no sex in the fs....she seemed sooooo businesslike/firm/cold even. Not at all the way emily spoke to arie. As much as she prolly wanted it to look like she was laying down the law for Tyler, I'm suspecting she was talking to herself more than to him, jmo

Thats probably because Emily was acting. We sleuthEd and had pics at the time that proved Emily and Arie did go to the FS. TPTB loved Emily so much they pretty much let her control the edit. That was also the one time they moved production to NC for her as well. It’s hard for me to compare the two.


I do Agree it was more Hannah talking to herself not to have sex with him as she had with Peter. I think Peter being the first date she let out her sexual frustrations with him and then regretted it a little later do didn’t want to do the same with Tyler knowing Jed was her F1 IMO

He's not her type because he is too pretty. A tall hot model is what Hannah saw and was SHOOK AF. I know this is a fan forum but I really think if H&T got together outside of the show she would be very insecure and be on alert at every girl who blinked his way. He's too good-looking to her.

I think that Nick might be doing some projecting with his own experiences. What does he really know? It seems like he feels like he's a relationship expert, but he isn't. I also think that Tyler genuinely fell for Hannah and I'm not convinced that he doesn't still have some feelings for her. JMO.

I think Hannah never got over her suspicions that Tyler was a player / f'boy until she got through her FD with the "no sex" boundary set - and found that Tyler respected that boundary and was interested in learning about her.

In this article Hannah was quoted as saying:

"Well, my heart gets broken a lot for a lot of different reasons on this season," she shared. "Of course, Luke breaks my heart, but my heart gets broken through all of this because of just learning and growing and putting my heart out there in the way that I did."

So, ATFR - live - and Hannah says something like this and breaks down crying. What happens ?????

Tyler’s not getting announced as the bachelor on the ATFR IMO. He very well could be the next bachelor, but I don’t think that announcement will be coming until later this summer.

Quite a few interviews and articles are coming out today about Mike and his potential for being the first POC bachelor including one from Chris Harrison and how Mike would make history.

@BlackHalo Tyler's not her F1. I'm not convinced she even wanted/wants him. She didn't even get him a chance. That aside, announcing Tyler as bachelor would be ending on a high note. Without it, the ending may be so bleak that it turns people off the franchise. We have three dudes in the final 4 marked by scandal. They may blow off Peter's ex but they will address it, which will dirty him up in viewers minds, regardless of what he says. By announcing Tyler, that'll say to the audience, "Well at least we have Tyler! This season wasn't a total loss. He's something to look forward to!" JMO
