I am just amazed at the work they have done. What I like is that she is going with the flow in her ideas for each place, letting the place dictate the design/decorations instead of forcing each place into a certain type *cough*shiplap farmhouse*cough*

I am also thinking how well they have set themselves up for the future with these short term rentals. And, I noticed last night that they were sponsored by AirBNB. NICE!!! The owners are getting a good deal as well with guaranteed income whether it is rented or not and the property being returned to them after 4 years. JoJo and Jordan are taking the risk but they are the ones doing the work to get it rented as well.

They still have their other incomes to live off of as well. Jordan's broadcasting, her other rental properties, her clothing line. These 2 kids are doing just fine and I'm glad for them.

And, they are downright cute together!

Let’s not forget Jordan’s income from MetPro, Red Bicycles Coffee Shop and their instagram endorsements . With this additional exposure, they could very well negotiate higher rate.
