@Longhornfan We don't know yet when the particular property will air. My guess either July-August. Some of the later developments in Arizona will air in September, at least that's what the owners suspect. CashPad I believe has a total of 8 episodes, the properties are based in Austin, Dallas and Phoenix. The show airs on July 23rd, but I believe J&J have a special broadcast on July 16th.

In exchange they share in the rental income. These 2 are real entrepreneurs. They must be handsomely compensated for doing the show. I hope there’s a 2nd season. Perfect timing of filming while Jordan is somewhat free.

I wanted to talk about the CashPad aspect of this lovely vid.
It seems like the producers have watched their YouTube series and decided they wanted something similar. I would not be surprised if the show will be just as much a RomCom as a home renovation show.

Now I just have to find out how to watch it online.

I can see why their show is on CNBC and not HGTV.

CNBC stands for "Consumer News and Business Channel" and deals with a lot of business and financial content. Their show is based on taking a property and turning it into a viable rental property. Most HGTV shows deal with properties the home owners live in.

I hope I remember to watch it! Guess I need to find out what time it is on and make a note of it.
