He is congratulating his brother on joining the airlines, but I can't tell if they are both new to the airline? Does this mean Peter got a new job? It says welcome to the new pilots, plural.

@GuardianAngel I don’t think so. Because peter flys for delta.. and this is a small airline. He younger brother just got hired, he passed his commercial license..(I believe that’s what I read ) JMO
