A friend noticed something I didn’t. I showed her the clip because it’s such a unique scene.
What she noticed is that while Jed and Tyler engaged Luke, Peter stayed back and put his hand on Hannah’s back.
He stayed in his lane.

The spoiler account on reddit said a while back that Peter had an agreement with Delta in order to be allowed to go on the show and keep his job. A list of rules for his behavior, and one of the rules is that he's not allowed to get into any altercations. According to them it's what kept him out of the big argument during that cocktail party when Hannah got super mad at the guys.

Wow, Delta must have been thrilled to hear how he "f--ked in a windmill....twice". Not to mention what's her name, the ex who didn't wanna be laying herself out in the pity parlor and trying to equate him to an ax murderer for dumping her silly azz B4 he even committed to the show. He must be the butt of a million jokes. All IMO

Well in interviews she always says Peter is sweet! He does have a kind soul for sure!

Yes, he was on Ali and Rachel Bachelor After Hour podcast. He said Jed really loved Hannah. And on the final part 1, when Chris said that Luke head must have exploded after hearing that Hannah slept with Peter four times and not twice. he said "sorry Luke'!

Here is the story - "He was really above board and said, 'Yeah, this is the story, it's true in the fact that we absolutely were dating and it was serious. And I asked her to come out and move out here, and she didn't want to,'" Rob told ET. "He ended this relationship. 'We'll see what happens, I'm gonna go on Bachelorette and maybe we can discuss things then.' This was over in his mind," he explained.
