That's what I am hoping for   Speculated in the SC thread that the Cinderella date could be a first date - makes sense given his red carpet arrival and Prince Charming, fairytale edit I think he has. Not sure though if he'd wear this suit at RC too (if it's a pic of him at RC). Will check again in SC thread

Also, Charlie with Dasha is so calculated to me  Dasha is a single mum. How better for Charlie to weasel his way into dating Dasha and make it like he's a guy who is wanting kids but doesn't even spend any time with his own (his choice per those that know him)

That's what happens when you have the same PR manager, land a gig on a show then mingle together afterwards with past contestants and hire a pap to cover the meet, makes for great fodder to keep your names out there.

Strippers unite  Didn't realize that Ivan was part of magic men too. I knew Carlos was - he made it a big thing on his red carpet and the first episode  

Not new for this show at all which is why I was surprised it was thought that Paddy stripping was a new thing for casting  there were other contestants from past seasons who did the same. 

Bach S1 Tim dabbled in some stripping as did Blake S2 who owned a stripping business. It's definitely been a thing for the men (and women too; erotic pics, bucks parties etc) cast for this show for a long time

1. Best Dating Tips

Best pre-date grooming tips:

- Taite says something about wrapping a shirt in icecubes and putting it in the dryer instead of ironing it.

- Pete talks about keeping things "nice and tidy" and is definitely referring to waxing/trimming his pubic hair.  

- Rob disagrees and says he's "all fur".  

- Todd asks how the ladies feel about that, because he's "the opposite" (ie smooth as a marble benchtop)

- Rob says he doesn't care what they think and it's "more for me" and if they don't like it, there's the door.  So sassy Rob!

- Lambchops says less is more with deodorant because "you don't want to smell like a Melbourne warehouse".

Who should pay on a date?

- Charlie, Paddy, Taite all say the man.

- Rob says he appreciates when someone buys him a drink because when you're dating as much as he does, "IT GETS EXPENSIVE".  Yes he really said that.

- Lambchops is more egalitarian - he says he's been on dates where he's paid for the movie and the girl has paid for food or vice versa.  Very sensible.

- Bill says he hasn't been on a movie date in a few years.  They joke about how far behind WA is.  

What's your go-to pick up line?

- Charlie says he doesn't have a line but he told people at a bar he was a pilot and that went down "quite well".

- Todd says there's one he's always wanted to use but he's never gotten the chance, which is to walk up to someone holding a knife and fork and say what he's really looking for is a little spoon.  

- Lambchops is trying to remember one involving stars and can't and Bill goes to give him a manly side hug and Dan accidentally grabs his crotch, thusly:



- Then Lambchops says "that's how good the line is" and they are now dating. Jules wins everything once again with his expression.



2. What do you miss the most?

What's the one thing you miss from the outside world?

- Lambchops misses his space and having solitude.

- Charlie misses the gym.  

- Pete misses his New Foundland dog, Humphrey.

- Bill also misses his dog, Arnie.

- Taite misses his dog, his family, and coffee.  In that order.

- Rob would kill for a cappuccino.  Such a Melbourne answer.

- Paddy says with a straight face that his would probably be his girlfriend (HAAA HAAA ok that was pretty funny).

I can't wait for Punkee's recap about Ivan and the avos. The avocados deserved better

 Jules has the BEST expressions. I really like him. Hope he finds his HEA and gets some screentime. Not sure he'd do it but would love to see Jules on BIP rather than the drama ones 

I wish you could watch Paddy's line @AllAboutLove.  He delivered it perfectly deadpan.  Took me a few microseconds to work out why the boys were laughing.  

I actually think Paddy's way smarter/less of a wanker than he's been made out to be on the show.  Hoping he gets onto BiP so we can see a "less hyped" version of him.

Jules was a pleasant surprise all round.  Less kooky than I expected.  I'd like to see him on BiP too and hopefully with one of the nicer girls.  He's good value IMO.  

@Bobette Wish I could see it! I think his edit will turn a bit too. His stripping thing never bothered me as so many past contestants have done the same. Think it's all just hyped up. His IG caption about him and Ali maybe one day sharing purple shampoos cracked me up  

Jules was lovely. Honestly one of the most sane ones on there. Definitely want him on BIP 

@Bobette I’m thinking the same about Paddy. I think the first couple of eps he was manipulated by producers but these last few eps he’s actually been really lovely - giving Ivan a comforting hug when he was upset about going on the date with Bill...

I thought Paddy stress eating that free (sponsored) Red Rooster was the most relatable aspect of the whole episode!

Three times now in a week Charlie and Dasha just "happen" to have the paps photo them close up and all  They look so staged and fake. Definitely called the paps for this jmo
