ETA: Just realised you're talking about ep 4 - Rob's date probably ep 3 then so yes ep 4 wakeboarding presumably single date 3 and potentially Todd. It says wakeboarding on the river and the water they're kissing in looks muddy so that would fit.

Yeah they're perfect for each other.

For taking it slow there is an awful lot of kissing happening. One post on FB Bachelorette said Ali will be pregnant by episode 4 the rate she’s going. Ali is way tooooo much and loves the attention
