Proof is in the pudding. Truth is the light. Becca and Garrett are human beings just like all the rest. Easy money is easy money. Neither of them will pass on that, IMØ.

I was simply providing proof that it’s begun for at least Becca. There were comments yesterday about how these two appear to be different than past couples or contestants because they don’t appear to be fame or money seekers... after a whopping seven days in public. Who knows what they’ll do in the future?

GG was tagging the gym where he works out and the workout clothes he was wearing on IG stories even before the finale aired. Now that Becca has officially begun her shilling, some viewers will want to justify it and try to make it different than other Bach Nation shillers. They aren't special snowflakes, just the same as other SM shillers IMO.

Local election Day in Minnesota gotta see if woke Becca is there to vote or maybe she's to busy shilling hotels and sunglasses with Mindlessman, I'll say this shilling is normal and I remember she started shilling some sandals in her IG stories before Arie's season even finished, It just funny to me how people we're trying to put Becca in a pedestal saying she was over this, gotta get the money tho living in LA is not cheap. IMO shilling is bad when people start just doing ads to every single thing and I believe some things they don''t use, like Tanner promoting sugar bear hair; I don't like Becca but shaming her for shilling it's just proposterous to me. JMO

I will never shame one contestant over another. It's the same thing whether I care for the person or not regardless of what they are shilling. They may endorse the product maybe they don't. There to me are levels of shilling, like using children if it's done tastefully, or posting several ad's a day. If they can, why not. They are shilling. Whether Becca wears that brand of glasses or not, she's making money and she's shilling. One week and one day is all it took for Becca. She's not immune from saying no to cash.

It all starts with one or two items and after checking your bank account, you're looking for more IMHO.

I don’t think anyone has really shamed Becca for shilling. They all do it and they should do it. There are comments about that. I just think it’s the potential idea that they’ll be above it all, which I personally just don’t see happening.

The Mohegan Sun must be some sort of Bachelorette tradition, as B/G are the fifth 'ette couple to be announced to make an appearance (Andi/Josh ended up cancelling theirs).

You are out in the mall area at a kiosk for this. Whoever shows up, shows up.
It is so not a big deal on the part of casino mall, the sponsor was totally unaware Meandi and BOR had broken up and the event would need cancelling. I called them to inquire a couple days after their break up.

That's interesting - I wonder if it is just part of their contract with the show then. I know that some of these places pay a ridiculous amount of money for appearance fees, but it doesn't seem like the casino really cares all that much or is really benefiting much from these "stars" being there.

I don’t think it’s in their contract. Mohegan Sun does these type of events pretty often with a variety of people. I just think they know they’ll get pretty decent attendance for it because the show is so popular, so they always reach out and I would imagine the couples would find it difficult to turn it down.

@Ash2214 I don’t know if they even get paid at MS. Seriously, unless it’s totally changed, when I called, it was a fishing expedition to find someone who knew what I was talking about or who had a clue who the couple were.
What they told me is they put up a folding type table where they sit out in the mall and fans can meet them. Fans pay no fee. The couple isn’t taking up space as it’s out in the mall area. So no fee for couple to be there.
I think it’s simply away to get more exposure and that’s always a good thing and maybe the couple is being comped meals and room for their stay.
I love MS, we go there a few times a year.

@Kashathediva Interesting! I know with JoJo and Jordan they sat with the crowd and answered fan questions for about a hour or so. They then did autographs and took pictures with fans for a really long time as it was a huge crowd. I wonder if perhaps the Q & A in the mall area is free, but if they need to pay a small fee to actually meet them, take a picture, and get their autograph. They seemed to have a good time, so maybe the free stay at a casino for a couple of nights is worth it alone.

Man, just thinking there are people who actually want an autograph from someone on a reality television show blows my mind, but to each their own.

@Ash2214 exactly. I can’t see going to see anyone, either, however it increases awareness etc for the couple and prospective income. I personally, don’t gamble hardly at all, so those mall areas get a lot of traffic for those of us in th same boat. Lol
Love going to the peep store in Bethlehem.
I really don’t think in the mall areas there is any charge at all involved, but I could be wrong. It just seems so tacky to charge for a photo etc when if you met them in a diner, etc it would be for free.
