There was one sentence that Garrett used to describe his failed marriage in his first answer to Becca that deserves highlighting. He said that after they were married ‘ one thing led to another and they divorced’ like, WHAAAT? Is there not a more vague thing to say? Just like that? So my thought is that they stopped him and asked him again and give more details of what actullay happened, you can see the cut and edit when Becca asks him,’ what did she do,?’ Leading him to say that she was emotionally abusive. Which led me to think, this is  so typical of a possible abuser, they ALWAYS turn things around in their favor. I see him even more as a very immature guy, my Gosh, he acts like a schoolboy and, I don’t know, but his voice is also very, very creepy, almost like he is slow or not too bright. I know this sounds harsh but their quick infatuation is so desperate, like they cling to each other as if they will never find anyone who gets them like that. That sounds a lot like projecting to me. Therapy would be so useful for Becca but she is blinded bliss right now, and she is just entering her Saturn return, so Rock and Roll for the next few years...

But why would anyone just volunteer to give a spouse of such a short marriage some of their assets?  And yes, I realize they had been together dating and engaged for a while before that.  Finances can be a sticky subject and I'm not willing to make any assumptions who brought more in or got more out or anything at this point.

You make some very good points!  Just the look in his eyes- always the same expression on his face and that fixed smile. His eyes don't smile along with his mouth.  Something is definitely off with him, and yes I agree he doesn't seem all that bright. And he seems like he would have a temper. I'm not really believing he is into Becca, seems to be acting.  When he left his ex, he said he wanted half. For him to say half, that means she brought more to the marriage than he had, otherwise he would be volunteering to give some of his assets to her. Reading between the lines, sounds like he married her for her financial assets, and maybe he wants to win with Becca for the same reason - the perks being a Bachelor couple will bring him.  Ironically, he has blown any potential with the scandal he brought upon himself with his "likes".

3. Kayla's friends have a different story.
A source claiming to be close to Kayla Cunningham said it was Garrett who walked out of the marriage, which blindsided Kayla and left her broken-hearted. Not long after Garrett and Kayla were married, Garrett started acting cold and disrespectful to Kayla and her family. A week after he walked out, he told Kayla he wanted half of everything she had.

The couple battled it out in the courts and Kayla ended up having to give Garrett money. The whole thing was so quick — Kayla's family spent thousands on the wedding and just weeks later he wanted out? They felt like they were scammed, according to the source. They just want Becca to be careful because Garrett only seems like a nice guy at first, and then he changes.
