Often multiple takes are done even of the FRC. It could be something as simple as this being a factor and the TMZ photos were taken prior to the rose being given. Cheering etc could have come after the proposal etc, the photos and then cut with director reminding rose scene remaining to be filmed. This could be the case.

I don't see anyone cheering? I don't see any champagne. Too bad we can't see her left hand. It looks like a sedate photo shoot to me. Does anyone see Garrett's producer katiepay? Who are all those people? Maybe they brought a bunch of people over from the nearby beach so they could take pics, then cleared the area for the RC. It's so hot and sunny that G is wiping his forehead. Give the guy a hanky for his brow, somebody. I guess Blake's proposal was in the morning. (snark intended ).

Is it possible they did the proposal, took pictures, then did the final rose? Not sure that makes sense but that's all I can think of.

I know I shouldn't mention Blake, but what if TMZ got the pics of Blake arriving for RC in early afternoon (to be rejected), and this exact same setup was released with Blake instead of G. What would the spoiler be then? RS hasn't gotten anything from a source this season, he's going by these TMZ pics. Just Saying. Just My Opinion. Because in my mind these pics are not conclusive one or another.

The person that took them said it was around 3 p.m. And, for all we know the publicity photos of them post proposal and acceptance of the final rose will be taken closer to sunset. Multiple takes could definitely take them longer... Sunset was at 6:11 p.m. that day.

Where can I find pics in question. TIA

I personally think SHV is a huge clue determining who the F1 is. If not all, many possible SHV weekend, I know I posted somewhere, Memorial Day, July 4th, Garret is nowhere to be found, but Blake is accounted for.

If we can find any proof to support the spoiler is wrong, that’d be great from a sleuther’s POV, Jmo. Hopefully we get new preview tonight. But no matter what, just one more week until FRC.

Good points. I just found this site about a month ago so I wasn't around real time for the proposal. Does anyone know what the weather was like that day? It looks like in some of the TMZ photos one of the cameras has a plastic covering around it, was there potential for rain or storms? Or is the weather there like Florida and Mexico where there is a chance for a pop up storm any day?

"We're told that...."  Not "the pictures show that..."  TMZ didn't put out a spoiler. They even asked who is the mystery man. "...possibly her fiance.."  "....what appeared to be a proposal..."  Conclusions were made by readers but TMZ did not confirm anything, just publish pics and ask questions.  JMO

@mjason @SFoster   Thanks.  Definitely casual, post FRC pics of F1 .... I’d say rose has fallen off or she forgot to give it to him and it will be filmed shortly after this point in time.

ETA ... maybe saying post FRC wasn’t correct .. more post proposal.
