If someone told him to delete and he didn't make the decision on his own, it's more likely Becca than TPTB. No matter what he told her about his beliefs those likes are next level gross and I seriously doubt she knew the full extent. All jmo.

yep..unless the poster on reddit has sent her the list of all G's 12-13 likes, only then she would probably get a very rude awakening. I had save it in my stash for my own collection...and i really need a shower now since i felt so grossed out.

Also, for those who followed Jojo season, can someone shed me some light as to why this G thang would be any different than Jordan's backlash on the media/SM backthen?... I am trying to decipher whether GnB will last i guess? ..since Jo^3 (and Shawn-K) are media debacles' survivors and  both couples are still going strong

Jordan definitely got a ton of backlash from fans, the MSM, his own castmates etc but I think gauging whether they'll last is more about the couple and the relationship than the level of backlash. Becca & Garrett clearly feel differently from each other on some serious topics but it just depends how they deal with it going forward. Jmo.

@Joy15....Becca, also Blake, Jason and some other contestants were tagged in an IG post that had a collection of said controversial IG likes. According to what I read here, Becca has since untagged herself from the IG post so IMO she is aware all the IG likes already.

Yeah, I don't see Becca dropping him. I really do think she'll follow the lead of all the Bachelorettes who came before her and stand by her man. I say this as someone who does like her and really does want her to get her happily ever after, but I think the girl falls really fast and is overly trusting. I mean, she saw that Arie was liking pics of his ex on IG and gave him the go-ahead to call her up! And I think that Garrett probably is super nice and funny and family-oriented and all the things she's ever wanted, so she'll just ignore and tell herself that it's NBD. IMO.

@mercieme thanks for filling me in!...like i said..if she can put up with Ross's antics for 7 years..maybe she would regard this as a blowing wind, period, than a storm?...we'll see..

Its funny though...because the F1's red flags only can be seen by outsiders, and proven by time: Josh-Andi, Josh-Amanda . I definitely think Becca picked a "Josh" than a "Nick"... despite how the show tries to sugarcoating it. TWT

@Aria....do you think this will afffect Becca emotionally? Or do you think we will still see her all bubbly during her press rounds next week (that is if they are still on the schedule)? I am personally waiting to see her go the Ellen show....it’s gonna be interesting because Ellen and some other celebrities that follow the show are up on what’s going in SM regarding this show...jmo.

I don't think she'll drop him but I definitely think it'll affect her emotionally, at least for the next couple days and probs during the season when everyone hates Garrett and talks about it every week. All Jmo.

If RealitySteve reports on Garrett and his insta likes (and then continues to harp on about it in his weekly columns), the mainstream media could pick it up eventually when it gets down to the last few episodes - because we know that the gossip rags do troll his site for info.

Jordan said some questionable things when he was in college, Garret is a lot worse and he liked the pictures until 2 weeks before filming, if Becca stays with him I'll be dissapointed but I won't lose sleep about it because I was never that invested in Becca, but what is interesting to me is Becca has a gay friend and let's say her new fiancee doesn't seem to like this kind of people.

Okay but Garrett’s disgusting behavior (IMO) doesn’t negate that Jordan’s behavior was gross as hell. JMHO.

But seriously man this whole season is so disappointing and a letdown. JMO

People over on reddit have been tagging Jimmy (he has an account and sometimes posts on that forum) on all the screenshots and posts about Garrett, so I do honestly wonder what he thinks of Becca's new fiance now.

Just saw the full extent of likes, he’s a disgusting human if he believes all that imo but I think Becca will stand by her man and hope for the best. I bet he knows how to treat a woman and is all manly and protective. Imo she’ll love it and ignore his hate speech if it doesn’t affect her directionally. We’ll see.
