As far as I can tell Arie had a normal dating life, he sometimes dated two women at the same time. Where Arie differs is that even though it's clear he was in casual relationships, he apparently is such a great guy that the women fell head over heels and were pretty scorned when he inevitably dumped them.

The exception is of course Courtney, she admitted Arie was a great guy, but she wanted a guy who was ready to commit, while Arie wanted a friend with benefits (with the potential for more if feelings developed) so she moved Arie into the friend zone.

Of course Arie is a bit of a nerd (I guess race car driving could be considered an intellectual sport), and most people will only tolerate socially a-typical people when they stay out of the spotlight. Arie has great self esteem however and a great support system, so I think he views the haters the way most people view mosquitoes, annoying blood suckers who can't help themselves, but not something that occupies his time other than to swat at them (deleting nasty comments).

I don't know any other men...who have a normal dating life...who keep a spreadsheet to keep them all straight.

I actually enjoy a-typical people. For me they are usually more interesting. I just don't like a**holes...a-typical or not.

Funny, I think of Arie as a mosquito, a little blood sucker who preys on women because he just can't help himself.

Back in the days when I was young (ie quite some time ago) many men kept a "little black book" of names, addresses, phone numbers (and any other data) of the women / lovers they were seeing or had seen. I don't see a spreadsheet as anything other than just one of several possibilities for keeping the same sort of information in the electronic age of today. No big deal. JMHO

But how else do you expect him to keep up with when he's supposed to be with who, what he's said to her, lied about, where they've been, whose seen them together, and the closest escape routes of each room in her place?

He's got to have a way to keep it all straight and not confuse the girls and stories, IMO.

LOL I Have heard of "soccer moms" who have spread sheets of their children schedules and play dates and then cross referenced with their own social life/schedule. 
Glad I don't have that life personally.

Yes, spreadsheets can be so useful. How special Arie used his to keep his hookups straight. Such a romantic narcissist imo.

Just curious how do we know about this spreadsheet? Was it from that neighbor stuff? If it was the neighbor, how did he get access to Arie's computer to even know about something like that?

I believe this tid bit came from the shared girlfriend of the neighbor and Arie. She def would have access to his computer.

You can't have a black book or a spreadsheet, if one existed, if the women weren't willing to participate at his beck and call. None of the accusations mean anything to me. There weren't any engagements, or commitments, they continued to engage with him.

There were plenty of black books in my day. We didn't care, neither did the ones who didn't want a commitment and were willing to be another tick off their name.

I don't expect him to prove anything to me. If I did, then I'd be saying that to every person who is engaged or married. People cheat all the time, after years of being married with no prior history of cheating. Most recently a local well known business man in my area called out his wife's lover on facebook, calling him every name in the book for cheating with his wife, ruining his marriage and family huh? what about the wife? JMHO's.

These two look happy and are engaged. I can't see anyone marrying anyone just to prove a point. That's a pretty dazed reason to get married IMO. He's never proposed to anyone, that tells me no one was worth it for him.

He literally proposed to another woman like 4.5 months ago, tho.
