Besides making Arie look bad, what's the point of this? If it's that big of an issue, just talk to him. Otherwise, IMO it looks like the guy just wants attention.

Of course the neighbour wants attention, but what does Arie want then? He's the one repeatedly going on TV to spew BS (IMO) at gullible women. They both have issues, but I'd say Arie's are bigger. JMO.

The thing that really irritated me though was the fact that he has a handicap placard that he uses when he does park in the handicap spot. Do they just hand those out like candy in AZ? I know people that really need one and can't get one. But someone like him has one??? scratch
