BIP ended somewhere around the 20th to 26th of June. Astrid has no posts on IG between May 28 and June 29. Kevin has no IG posts between June 1 and June 26.

I think this is correct: in an interview she/he said Astrid would try out winter living in TO... not necessarily permanent but open ended. Also Astrid was planning to take an instructor certification course in either yoga or Pilates. It’s whichever she already practices so someone who follows her would know which.

IMO they appear to have a solid workable plan as a couple. Living together will give them better knowledge about compatibility. So far things appear to be going great .

The good thing is we haven't had much snow (don't jinx me)! which is good for Astrid. She has been back and forth a few times this year, well below her entitled days, plus if she's looking into working she must have received a work permit or a temporary resident permit which is good for 6 months IIRC.

Good luck to them both! Looking forward to seeing more IG's of them together.

OT -- it is nice to read about someone who is helping to take the stigma of mental health out of the closet.

  He’s an Afganistan war vet plus now firefighter. In an old interview he said his fire station provides counselling due to the nature of first responder work and what can be encountered. This along with franchise related stuff makes him a great spokesperson because he can identify with various circumstances and the stresses related to many facets of life.

Funny I thought about him on this Bell Lets Talk Day. He's a good guy IMHO in many ways. I'm glad he sought and continues to seek help. Hopefully it will help others to do the same.
