Astrid writes very well (or else has a really good editor!). What a journey. Considering all the varied things medical insurance covers, it's a shame infertility treatments are covered - al least two attempts at IVF, after going through all the steps that proceed it.

I can't imagine going through all that and time and time again not getting the results you so badly want. I wish them a happy healthy pregnancy and look forward to more of her journals. Praying

That was really interesting! I really feel for them in what they had to go through but happy that it turned out well for them. So many, like Ashley Spivey and her husband, are still trying. I had an ectopic pregnancy in between our two sons and consider myself very lucky. I can't imagine having one before.
