I was just over at FORT earlier today to see how the unspoiled were reading the show - and the Ashley thread was just FULL of hate... they're ripping on her really badly :( Poor Ash... the Bentley thing has just turned everyone off - no one even thinks that she's gonna come out happy. Even JP is NOT on anyone's radar (compared to, our cries of "too obvious"!!)

Poor girl. She needs to come over here where we (mostly) all love her and whatever potential guy she chooses. :Flirty:

We all respect each other no matter what the opinions and we don't rip each other apart. FORTers have no respect anymore.. it's just like WW3 already..

It's all because of the attitude of the hitler-like mods over there. The buck starts with them, they don't respect the posters and it's a trickle down effect.

Love_me and San are so nice, respectful and kind to all of us and allow us to speak our mind. I know I try and emulate them when I post, especially if it's something I don't agree with regarding the show or the constestants. We have freedom of speech here, and FORT is a dictatorship with 1st Amendment Rights not on their list over there. It's truly a pathetic place, imo

I do not miss that..at..all. If it is bad over there now, just imagine what it is going to be like after the next two episodes. Chris Harrison calls tomorrow night's show the darkest episode ever and next week we have the pleasure of once more seeing our favorite villain of all time. no no

If they are unspoiled, how could they not be upset with Ashley at this point in the show? She is seen as weak and crumbling under the Bentley crush she developed and has yet to show strength of purpose in telling him to shove off.

Not only that, many of the current posters at FORT have not been watching this show for season after season. Many of them are relatively new. Not to sound arrogant, :Spitoutdrink: but even if you are unspoiled for the season, watching the show and having commentary with people who know how the show works, makes a huge difference.

I dont think their discussions about Ashley are any more caustic that ones I remember in times past. It will be interesting to see how the feelings change with the edit.

The ABC board has gotten rather tame in its old age. It is pretty funny to watch the outrage change over there as the season goes on.

A lot of my unspoiled friends view Ashley the same way as you described above. Even though TPTB have control over the Bentley storyline at this point Ashley has decided to follow their script. IMO it didn't help that the two 1-1 dates Ashley had were pretty dull.

There is hope that we will see a happy ending, but the question remains if the unspoiled viewers will believe it.

I guess as long as Ashley and her F1 are happy and making it work what others think about this process should not matter. That is easier said then done though.

As evidence by a few former contestants I believe this show can work. So I hope it did for Ashley.

Is it really obvious, or is it obvious becasue RS told us JP is F1 - I wonder, because it's not obvious to me, even though I have been spoiled. JP is an obvious F2 candidate.
