I like all 3 ...Arie, Becca and Lauren.  I see them all sincere in their feelings.  Personality wise I think I prefer a Becca but that doesn’t mean I don’t like Lauren too... they’re just different personalities.  

All I can come up with is that it came down to 2 of the 3 fears he mentioned to Becca .... that he was going to choose someone who didn’t choose him back and that he’d choose the wrong person.   I think he wanted Lauren more but worried too much about her insecurities....and then he chooses the girl that was the safer choice and who seemed to be all in... which he regretted almost immediate.  

The multiple I Love you’s to both girls is him compartmentalizing each relationship like he mentioned he was doing during the HTD to a family member... I don’t like him saying that but I guess it’s how he felt at the time.  I’ve loved 2 men at the same time, so I do get it .... but I’d never admit it to a tv camera

I don't even get why he's worried about Lauren not being all in, because it seems like she even literally tells him that she's all in and wants to spend her life with him during their date next week. She keeps talking about fears, but she's never actually talked about leaving or having doubts about her feelings for him. And, it seems like the ex coming back actually made him doubt Becca more than anything, since he said there must be something there for Ross to think she would say yes. 

From this episode, his feelings for both girls seemed equal to me so I just can't tell anymore what was going on in his head.

Except I never knew if he loved Emily for Emily or her racing connection. Yes his Dad is well connected but Hendrick is a currently hiring and growing drivers.  Sad but true.

I thought comparing IndyCar to NASCAR  is like comparing Apples to Oranges. Arie is a lot of things, but I don’t think he was hoping to use Em for her NASCAR connections.

I’m sure they will trot Jason and Molls out to help Arie and Lauren navigate Switcheroo 2.0 though. Poor Jason. It’s hard to be he pioneer/trendsetter. Same for Ben who got raked over the coals for Dual ILY and it’s barely a footnote for Arie.
