I was able to slow down, frame by frame LB82's. I got a Peruvian License plate. 
Here is the photo taken from video and made by me. ALN376 It can even come out clearer, but I am not going to monkey with it any more. 


As far as what Robert Mills says, once again, the man, IMO is not a great source of truth on the show. He has a history of saying untruths. I am not going to list them. 
If you listen to the video, it sounds like production flew an ex of one of the girls down to Peru (or wants the viewer to think so) and is interacting with production, as can be seen and heard. The male voice says he is there not to be on the show, but to get his girl. You can see the scan of cars as the video is being filmed. It looks like those are Peruvian plates.

IMO, it's tricky editing. We hear the dude's voice but we never see him. VO plays while these vehicles plates are shown. Tia's SM activity had changes while they were in Peru. We are pretty sure she got a HTD. Why would he wait until Peru to voice his undying love when she's basically in his back yard filming? I'm guessing it's Tia's former bf because of his drawl. It's strong. @kashathediva, you're right, IMO, they want you to think bf goes to Peru.

@mprssdbyu IDK. Maybe it isn't Tia's bf. Didn't Lauren have a recently called off engagement? So it is tricky.  It could be anywhere.
He doesn't say he flew in, only that he is "here" and we don't see him, we only see a man walking and production and cars with Peru license plates.
Very tricky! Editing is going to lead the audience to believe up to the FRC that one of the guys comes back, but it probably does not happen.

Millsy did mislead us when he spoke of what was happening. He skipped a few days forward or backward, that's for sure. As far as his description of drama during podcast, those details do seem to match up, IMO. He did say there was a shake up between HTD and Peru. I was afraid at the time, he was talking about a shift from Becca to maybe one of the other two. IMO, he was really referring to the wrench bf threw in regards to Tia. Kendall never had a 1/1 but makes F3? I don't think he was ever going to choose Tia, but after all that drama I can see him deciding it was time for the journey with Tia to end. JMO

So in the grand scheme of things, it could relate to when Kendall was let go as well since that would be in Peru as well.   I ask cause I have been looking for the cobblestone driveways near private gardens.  I would of thought they may use one of the private gardens around.


Sorry everyone, I ammended my post cause I didin't understand what was being said. I am still looking for private gardens on cobblestone driveways with the wrought iron gating. I am thinking that I am about as twisted now as some of those gates are.

@Aunties_Love  it could be Kendall, but I am of like mind as Mprssdbyu, that the voice over of the man saying what he is saying is conveniently edited in with that car scene in Peru and production. 
In reality, I don't think they have anything to do with each other, but will lead the audience to think they will up until the point that scene takes place with that man coming to get his girl. It's a drama ploy to hook the audience. 
I have been looking for those gardens/gates etc today, too. 

@Aunties_Love I have been looking at trip advisors's photos of Garden House Hotel exterior grounds. They have mountains in the background and apparently some lavious gardens. I see some things I like and some things that make me still scratch my head.

@Kashathediva  I know, still looking at the garden pics from Cusco.  Had to take a break those iron fences were making my head spin like crazy.  So went looking for cobblestones, now feeling that's got me...LOL.

Just out of curiosity, do you think the plate of truck look like it's from Peru, too? Are two scenes spliced together? The gate is by the truck...could that be in Arkansas, somewhere?

I see cobblestone beneath the Toyota truck, too... so I would agree both vehicles are filmed in Peru. IMO, they spliced pics/film and voice together.
