I think the filming/video is done in Peru and is not spliced or doctored.
 The man that is shown is led to make us believe from the VO that he is one of the cast's ex-bf's. LOL For all we know he could be production or anyone. We don't see a face and we don't see anyone talking. The woman looks like part of production as it looks like she has production equipment on.  Those gates are all over, in some kind of fashion in Peru. 
Here are samples of license plates found in Peru.  The bottom 3 (the 1 yellow and either of the 2 white are the kind on the ones in the video)

@Kashathediva I decided probably while you were putting this together, the vehicles were filmed in Peru. VO conveniently added.

Notice the lettering/design on sleeve on her bath robe? I searched last night for the emblem/logo with a "W" or an "M" as I thought it was included in the amenities where they stayed. Just trying to get a feel for how long she was part of story line.

Here is a better shot of room with the bluish teal/tan walls with gold accessories. Those could be traveling props but I haven't seen them before

There is one in Fort Lauderdale - W Fort Lauderdale

@star_D Great job finding the exact robe.I looked everywhere last night.  I believe they stayed at the W Fort Lauderdale. I remember Millsy talking about a group date that went south and #NotPeter was mentioned. I can't be sure because of the angle but the lighting and the round poles match these screencaps, IMO.

^^Those  screencaps could be from group date or RC. We know Krystal wasn't part of the group date in Paris. IMO, this screencap is the evening part of group date in Paris. Bekah has no earrings on and her top has no straps  as shown in screencap where she is addressing Krystal above.

@Aunties_Love We do. Here is the group date shot in Paris. IMO, they were part of the show at the Moulin Rouge that evening. You can see them in costume in other screencaps...

I wonder how he addressed both Beccas as the season played out. We have 2 Beccas at least through Ep. 6. Becca K and Bekah M would get old and seem impersonal after an ID with both.
