OK. Thank you. That makes sense. I was just going by what we see on our screen since I don't really pay attention to SM since it can be so misleading.

I must admit that one of my pet peeves is people oversharing and living their lives on SM. Oops, I guess that is two pet peeves.

As to the age difference, I agree that 4 years can be a lot in your twenties, but since I am only seeing a very heavily edited versions of both L and M...and since I don't trust either of their SM at the moment....I'll hold off on that till I see them post show. Or more likely, I will care even less after!

I totally agree. I don't think it is any different than what we have seen from leads that basically make their choice as soon as the object of their desire steps out the limo and the relationship is over 8 months later. Physically, Lynsdey is Chris' dream. It reminds me a lot of how Ben H. felt about Lauren ("I knew i loved you from the moment I saw you and I didn't even knokw why"). Yeah, that's not love, it's lust and infatuation. Not to take anything away from the connection but in this environment when those feelings of lust plus a pleasant connection you think you've found your one true love.only to step outside and realize you really aren't compatible. The only difference is Chris and Lynsdey's families won't stop reminding them of their differences. I wish more leads would pick the one they feel the best friend connection with but it's just not realiatic. Jmo.

I agree with you both and I will go further to say that Chris likes girls a lot and was in his own personal heaven with all those pretty girls. I can make a case for him having adoration for almost any of the girls at some point. He has lines from a romance novel that he passes out like candy and IMO that means he can't be believed so, I am not about to attach a ton of credibility to what he said and/or, pretend I saw a tremendous amount of preference for either girl up to this point. That's why I always say I think he "loved" them both. Mikaela is my favorite, she wants him, I want her to have him but, as I have also said before, I think she could do better than what I've seen of his devotion to anyone. JMO

mik started when she was 19 and move to Toronto starting with her diploma in hand (confirmed that she has a business degree) and just her will. In some of her comments, some refers her as Lady Boss.

OK. That would explain why we are not in agreement. I agree with the explanation you wrote, but I was going by what I have known as the dictionary definition which is according to https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/petulant:

Definition of petulant

1  : insolent or rude in speech or behavior

2  : characterized by temporary or capricious ill humor : peevish

I too don't see that definition of fitting Lyndsey neither so..... I see her as a very giving, outgoing, respectful person who wants to give back. She does a lot of charity work.

As far as a career for her, she admitted to Chris's parents that she does most of her work from home as she writes stories, is a ghost writer, does online work for other companies. IMO, this fits her lifestyle as she seems to want to be outdoors. Chris has stated that a lot of times, he's an outdoorsy guy and loves to be active. I see them as a great fit for that. We don't really see that in Mikaela....at least from her IG as it seems it is full of promoting herself for her clothes.

For me this is like a summer vacation type of crush you have. We meet a person among a certain group of people, we like the outside (body), we like the laughs and happiness that exudes the person... but the person is not 100% the same person we meet outside the bubble vacation, at work or after a long day or doing something ordinary day to day life kind of thing. We meet a person at his/her best, we are worry free, we are open and the only thing we worry is probably a sunny place and nice company. We meet a person, generally based on the physical mutual attraction, we share a couple of hours here and there, enjoy the company. some people will stand out and we will be intrigued to know more, some we will not even bother... with time we may have a big crush on this person.... back home, we try to date this person and realize we have nothing in common and is completely different from the image we thought we had of her.

the only difference here is cameras, he cannot get rid of the 18 he does not care about immediately and has to loose his time to pretend to be interested while his wish would be to probably pick 4 girls at meet and greet and move on.... oh and the mandatory proposal within a determined short period of time.

i wished the format was different and give more time to the real potential girls.

We are miles away from a big summer crush but they do start quite the same way.

Wow , I think both girls are very mature for there ages. They both have jobs if you watched last episode she went to university works, went to New York had a full blown career. My boyfriend and I are11 years apart and we do everything together , we get along great. We like same music ,going camping fishing so it can work if it's the right person. Just because of a number tied to you means nothing. I can see some immature behaviour in mikeala as well but I'm not going to post it cause that's not important. Picking apart either girl without personally not knowing Them is

I agree. Plus everyone is in the bubble. Just because Mik is being portrayed as more serious, business oriented and perfect on paper, doesn't mean it would work out with her any better in real life. Not to mention, as much as she is going on how she is in love with Chris, I personally don't really believe her. I see her more playing a part...and maybe auditioning for the next Bette. I don't get that much emotion from her. At least with Lyndsay, I can see more emotion. Maybe it is less mature and still won't last, but at least it seems to be there. 

Regarding the bolded...unfortunately, that is partially how sleuthing works.

@Sprite, you could be right about Michaela - you often are. I will love her even more if she's that shrewd Lyndsey is emotional, period, IMO. Nothing new there. That's why she has to rip pictures off and onto her site based on her feelings of the day. JMO

I am like you Pinkgirl. My husband is 11 yrs older than me, we have all things in common, do things together, and we too get along great. It was asked about summer crushes, well mine turned into a marriage and one that all happened within 6 weeks. We met, fell in love, got married and moved to the big city. Mine is great and we are 29 yrs down the track now. I agree, age is a number and nothing more.

We did hear, if not before, on the MTP of how she does have a university degree, how she does great work from home as ghost rider, she's a publist and at 19 moved to NY and had a full blown career so IMO, she can't be classified as the wild child that likes hiking. I see it as something that she likes doing but it isn't her WHOLE life. IMO.

I too don't think it's right to bring up and post the immature behavior that I have seen as does it really work into the edit??

I agree with the bolded. I for one didn't really see much there between Chris and Mikaela from the start, but the little affection that I did see seemed to of changed drastically starting at HTD's when he seemed to start distancing himself from M. I also saw it at FD's as well. Since the HTD at the very least, for me it's been about acting and auditioning for the next bette with M. IMO

They're both great girls and Chris doesn't deserve either of them nor is he ready. IMO.
