Mikaela graduated from post secondary and that's an accomplishment. Good for her!

At least, that's what I understand from those who gotten into community colleges vs universities.

Didn't realize salary was adjust ...just thought they stated earning in almanac. Again, for me, that's not a lot of money....laugh out loud!!
Once again, Humber awards bachelor degrees. This is Canada’s system, not U.S. look at their wiki.

This isn't Canada's system in general. Its either a diploma from a college or a degree from an accredited university. The reason that Humber awards bachelor degrees is because they are affiliated with a university, in this case, the University of Guelph at Humber. It is a satellite university of  Guelph university in Guelph, Ontario. Most colleges I know of are not affiliated with a university and therefore only award diplomas. In order for a Humber college student to receive a degree, completion of mandatory university courses is required.

Thanks for the inside track. They don’t explain all that on the website they simply list the degrees offfered.

I asked the question about education because IMO it is an important factor always but, especially when new career/revenue/income/investment opportunities must be evaluated and developed.

No matter what the scenario, a successful or, an unsuccessful example can be found but, Chris has known from the beginning that Lyndsey is too young for him. JMO

There was probably also a signing bonus. I believe when Josh Murray was sleuthed he got an $800,000 signing bonus and his career wasn't nearly as long.

Hi, @Sprite. I factored estimated signing bonuses/incentives.  Based on his salaries, $800k wouldn’t happen and he wasn’t truly big check sought after but, if he’s really frugal with minimal losses his top line could be closer to $3M. I don’t know much about the Canadian tax code so i estimated using U.S. where he would be super gigged for being single with no dependents or properties. That’s an assumption cuz he made a big deal about buying a house. I assumed other loopholes tho.

We are a country that is heavily taxed for its services.

Housing prices alone have been ridiculous!! An average detached house in Toronto and the GTA is about $1M!

We Canadians live in this wonderful country but we pay a lot for its "wonderfulness"....hahaha!!

I think that Toronto price is quite a bit lower than Vancouver. There they have gone absurd.
The real estate in Canada is getting redicilous. No wonder there are so many homeless people up here.

The average price for detached houses sold in Greater Vancouver reached a record of $1,830,956 in May

The average price for condos sold in Greater Vancouver last month hit a record of $656,919, up 15.1 per cent from a year earlier, and the average price for townhouses jumped 7.4 per cent to a new high of $858,994.

Not sure if this is the right thread to post this but the SM thread is locked - I read on Reddit that Mikaela had an IG story up where she was at Dean's house playing bongo drums (Saturday night) and his voice could be heard in the background. I checked IG and she and Dean are following each other there. The Mikaela thing came up in a thread where someone pointed out that Kristina had apparently blocked Dean on IG. Mikaela was also hanging out with Vanessa on Sunday in the LAish area.

All of the above could have nothing to do with each other but I did think it was interesting laugh out loud Maybe Mikaela and Dean are both going on Winter Games and/or were flirting/vibing etc. and Kristina found out? Also, both Mikaela and Lyndsey follow Kevin W (BetteCA F1 who was confirmed by Fleiss as being cast for Winter Games) on IG and he follows Mikaela.

Some things to speculate on, I guess laugh out loud

See this? This is you. It's not showy or gaudy. It's simple. Elegant. Beautiful.
It's my mom's bracelet.
I know.
How do you know?
Well, because you told me. Six months ago. You were wearing that blue sweater with the snowflakes that you have. You were walking down the hallway at school. I was annoying you as per usual. You said, "Look, Pacey, I just found my mother's bracelet this morning, so why don't you cut me some slack?"
You remember that?
I remember everything.beatingheart

Looks like there is a little new development in the RS spoiler. Apparently, they might still be together. I just saw on Twitter that people actually saw Mik and Chris together just the other day in Toronto. I guess there is some merit to the spoiler afterall. I’am just suprised that they can actually be out in the public together. At least a better ending IMO.
