My kids used to watch him on ABC Kids.  He looks like a man now - must be the moustache.

Personally, I just think they have mutual friends.  No F1 evidence here for me.  JMO.

ETA: Maybe Elise has a crush on Scott. Now THAT'S a couple I could get behind - he's fun!

I have no doubts. For me it has always been crystal clear that Laura's F1.  Since March!  I've been consciously trying to see something with Elise (or anyone else for that matter) but to me it's been written all over his face since day 1.  Just my opinion!

If I wouldnt be so hopeful it would be crystal clear for me to that Laura is F1... but... hope is the last thing you give up right?! I mean, I see it but I dont want to see it!

IMHO - having a fun person as the F2 makes the journey all that much better. Having an emotional F2 would make it much harder. Can't wait tp check this site in the morning to find out how things are going!

I promised myself that this season I would not let my personal favourites get in the way of the sleuthed evidence presented.  

No matter how much I like Elise, the F1 evidence just isn't there, for me.  And Matty and Laura have looked like a couple from the beginning IMO.

Ok, I re watched the dates again....and the one thing that gives me hope for mataura is, ironically, the 100% convo that so freaked me out last week and which was shown at the beginning of their date (17 mins...) It was so odd and so extreme, I think either matty was coached to help create some f1 doubt, or he was curious because the decision for him will be whether to propose or not to propose, or some combination of both... Also, what was the sappy music playing when Laura told matty about falling in love?

I know everyone is already speculating the F1. However, I just wanted to say after watching the episode that I strongly suspect that he let go Tara to avoid her the F2 rejection.

I am sorry guys, but Matty was maddly in love with Laura. He cared a lot for Elise and Tara for different reasons but at the end, only Laura mattered.

The edit of Tara were WTH? music, romance, very affectionate lead, F1 words... I mean EVERYTHING was there to make us believe she was F1. At this point, I really wonder if he changed his mind about the F2 position. We will know hopefully later.

But there is no doubt for me that Laura is F1.

But somehow I am often wrong with NZ and aussie franchises... maybe now they changed for US crews/prods, I will know better. I sure didn't with Tara F3 (thought F2) but I am cool with that.

I read also a couple of tara interview and as usual the reality does not match what I saw on my TV.... I wonder what we will have with Elise and Laura after the show... It will be interesting to see if the edits versus reality are the same. Well... in fact scratch that. I do not care

I wish you all a lot of fun for the finale. I woke up early this morning but I have zero interest to know who is F1 live

It was still an interesting season and I learned a great deal about not trusting music and such Time for me to digest this OVERDOSE OF DRAMA I had for weeks now.

Elise has got this IMO. I felt last night's episode was so good at showing exactly how Matty felt.
He and Tara were great friends. It was very clear IMO that he was not in love with her, and she was not in love with him.
Matty has said he wants someone who shares his interests and is looking to settle down and start a family. Elise has confirmed all of these things. Toni May (Laura) hasn't.
This is so different to last year. Richie was swept up in the process - he went on the Bachelorette to go on a date with Sam Frost.... he lost but became really popular and was put back on the show with a bunch of girls trying to win his heart. He was never as serious about settling down as Matty J. So that's why he chose Alex - he went with his LUST.
IMO Matty J is not looking for a fling. He wants a family and Elise can give him that. Game over. The Elise Train has arrived. Farewell Toni May.

I am firmly on that Elise train. Even my husband said it's obvious she wins. Can't wait to see how it all plays out tonight. They are both gorgeous girls but Elise has this in the bag guys.

I'm wondering if that's what it comes down to. The one who can settle down now and start a family soon. There was that article yesterday where Matty posted his "but" for Laura which was something along the lines of "will she have time to be committed to a relationship with her business?" Whereas Elise's "But" was about how they're too similar and may not push each other out of their comfort zones.

Surely that's not a real obstacle with Elise.

Heart says Matty is genuinely in this to find a life partner. Head says no he's just another Richie.
