 killer caption. I've always been a fan of Nick's self deprecating humor.
Given Nick's heavy breathing in his IG story while Dean does sit-ups, I'm thinking Nick has finally found a running mate   and it looked like Dean may have had to do sit ups as the "runner up". Loved Nick's laugh at the end... a first.

On a side note, I think Dean hanging with Nick is great. Nick comes from a stable loving family and Dean has such a mournful family history. Nice for Dean to have a "big brother" type friend to do something healthy and bonding with.

I can't believe he is the same dorky, awkward guy I liked night 1 on Andi's season. He has come a long way in the looks department IMO but is still the same Nick underneath it all IMO. Good to see him happy and living life on his own terms.
