Bachelor 22 - Arie Luyendyk Jr - General Discussion - *Sleuthing Spoilers*

I thought RS said 'sincere' and ready to get married or something like that.

My impression of Arie is he is a chronic player. He's the type who will probably never married.
Also he is older and I want my Bachelorettes to be someone who doesn't fall for his type.

But he's controversial and he'll probably create a lot of buzz and he is already. He'll probably be entertaitining at least.

@Tiggerlgh haha didn't realize that. Bet most folks would think he's older because he is from a million seasons ago. I actually needed to google his face because I've forgotten though his name will always ring a bell.

I watch Bachelor for the women though. I skipped Nick's season because I didn't find any of the women enjoyable to watch or have something 'special' with Nick. If they cast a bunch of great women, it will be a great season.

@Tiggerlgh He said he will turn 36 soon. How old is Nick?

Nick will turn 37 the end of this month.

*sigh* In this world, its the players, fboys and the sociapaths that win. Especially if they have charm and good looks. Amateur fboys like Demario gets find out but expert players like Arie becomes the Bachelor.

I have long accepted that. But this Arie dude will be forgiven especially if he delivers a good season.

The good men like Chris Lambton, Chris Siegfried and now Peter Krauss are the kind of men I want to see in the Bachelor but their hearts and stomachs can't take it.

Nick is an example why I'm wary about giving chances to people who have bad reputation.  His ultimate goal was Dancing With the Stars, not a wife. ***IMO***Can't believe I fell for it.

@GuardianAngel  Arie is the reason I joined this forum and I'm so grateful. I'll never forget sleuthing for Emily's season and trying to figure out who Blue hoodie guy was!  

I picked my avi name because of Arie.  This is pretty damn cool.  Finally.
