When following someone on IG, isnt the order of your "following" list based on the order you followed them? For example, who ever you followed last is at the top of your list?

If that's the case, Matty has been following govindsandhu for sometime. Matty followed govindsandhu before following Vagabond Tattoo studio. I assume he started following the latter around the time they did his thigh tattoos in London (Matty IG post April 4 2016). Given that Govind lived in Bondi and has worked in Marketing in sydney from 2010 - 2016 (based on LinkedIN profile), IMO its probable that Matty and Govind knew each other very much prior to Bachelorette and Bachelor IMO.

Given all of that, I'd hazard a guess that the mutual following of govindsandhu by Matty and Elise means zip. If anything, it casts a bit of shade on TPTB asking Elise to join the cast JMO

Yeah Govind wasn't following Matty at the start of the season - I think he may have unfollowed and refollowed (purely speculation on my part!) but it's in the F1 clues/no discussion thread. I thought that pic was interesting because they both liked it. And Matty should know that Govind is good friends with Elise - I mean even I worked it work in July so it's weird that Matty is following him and liking his pictures.

Sooo... looks like the "Scratch mine I'll scratch yours" is underway. Toni May (aka Laura) posting on her biz IG site. Adding in the pics of them going out and being papped (they definitely know they will be papped imo) and I think they're doing all they can to get some more publicity for themselves and for Laura's business.

It's been OTT promotion of Toni May this season. No doubt to me that Laura went on this show to promote her brand (yes they all do, but she more than the others) and from the moment she met Matty showing her rings and talking about her business.

I also definitely think Laura is F1. From the sources I have they have confirmed this to me that Laura is F1 and that Laura and Flo and Cobie are all aware that Laura is F1 and thus they all get more exposure and increase their IG followers and such.

This season to me has been all about self-branding for a potential F1 like I've never seen before

To answer your question; Instagram updated their follower/ following algorithm sometime in July in their last major update so now the list is based off most recent acitivity which may include when you followed them/ they followed you, on top of how much you interact with a persons page. Basically, instgram is putting who they think you would like to interact with at the top of the list followed by a more streamlined 'most recents' list.

Well my opinion points on Cobie just bottomed out.
Yeah good luck to him and her, so clearly other people saying on here that matty is after big noting like Anna and Tim was true. Blah

I think the funniest thing was him saying his priority was settling down and having kids - yeah mate Laura sounded the least keen by far in the top 3 for kids. He's definitely pullled a Richie (thinking with little Matty/ not being practical) IMO.

So true @brownravens little Matty has been calling the shots all season IMO!

I can't help thinking that when Matty said "I've found my dream girl" (or similar) in the Finale preview, it has to be Elise IMO. She just fits the bill completely. I do like Laura and Tara too but I just see Matty and Elise having so much in common, including values, family, lifestyle etc etc. I'm not getting too excited because, despite this, everthing seems to be pointing to Laura F1 and also such a strong following for Tara F1, so who knows. IMO, this season has been the hardest to predict.
