Guys we are nearly at that point where the dress code is going to be telling or maybe they mixed it up this time. Nevertheless I made some screenshots from the archive of the last season. So let us take a look at it again.

I had to laugh at us being shown Tara saying 'it's okay' Okay for whom??
And all I see with the gifs is Matty not blinking with Elise, so to me he is comfortable hearing what she has to say. With Elora the rapid eye blinking means he is uncomfortable. Unless we see Matty and Laura in this exact same situation I cannot predict how Matty would've reacted to Laura's speech.

@natik Great catch about past F1s wearing black at RC going from F3-F2. 

Except for Snez, just realized she wore white at that RC..
