I don't see it on CBC's line up. I wonder if he just means JFL's is filmed for CBC in general.

Some of the other gala posts also mention CBC. This one has a commenter asking about airing date. Answer is TBA. Sounds like a series will be developed.

I doubt he would fly all the way to Montreal for this. He's probably preparing for his own thing he's doing on Thursday. jmo

It really is a long flight. Direct flight time is 5 hrs plus because it is international you have to check in at least 2 hrs in advance and then deplaning then baggage pickup plus clearing customs/immigration can take up to an hr. All told, 8 hrs without any flight delay and not including transport to and from airports. Nick's quick visit to Montreal for the fundraiser must have been brutal on his body.
Plus, V's flight would have paid by JFL but not a flight for Nick. They've already paid out of pocket for several flight to Montreal. It's not like some alumni who travel to photo shoot or paid events and have their expenses covered.
Guess we'll see what they decided.

I do think this is such a fun venture for V. I think her family must be beaming at the opportunities she has chosen.
