I admit I wondered at the time but it's done and over with now and I don't think that played a reason. Just purely because I've followed Nick from the getgo, nothing he has done imo is any worse than the other 19 leads who never lasted with their F1. Nick never slept with any of the other girls on his season, he was honest and upfront even on his season about where he stood, and he made his time on DWTS about V too, including her in the team pics, dance, and more as well as and included V in it and his family and close friends. I don't have any ill will to Nick at all. There's far worse leads that I can think of and if anything I think he did far better than most, especially for a guy who has been so hated and never seen as close to 'perfect'. Again, I wish him all the best

I've followed Nick from the beginning too and wish him nothing but the best. If V did still have feelings for an ex (and I'm not saying she does), I think Nick would have a big problem with that given his history as runner up. He wouldn't want to be "second place" in her heart. JMO

I'm confused. The ex that was posted here that she was dating for 3 yrs, didn't look anything like this guy?

Who is the other guy I'm thinking of? How do we know this is the ex that the family was upset about?

I could be wrong but IMO Michael Rosenbaum was the 2014 breakup which had devastated her. I am still not sure about Balarama Holness. Seems like there was something there but I am not sure how serious it was IMO.

According to a recent STAR magazine, for a year Vanessa dated "Smallville" actor Michael Rosenbaum. Quoting from the article "Vanessa Still Loves Her EX!", "she even stayed at his house in L.A. last July when she was auditioning for The Bachelor".

I never got the impression that her relationship with Michael Rosenbaum went that far back or that it was anything more than casual. I could be wrong though.

According to Geoff on the E+G podcast, who does stand up with him and just asked him outright, Michael met Vanessa and started dating her when she was auditioning for stuff in LA. I thought he had said last year, but I might be mistaken. So, depending on when Vanessa was auditioning for acting gigs in LA, that could give a rough timeline when their relationship happened.

- IMO - Rosenbaum has denied in an interview the rumour of Vanessa staying in his place in July during her "The Bachelor' audition...it is also being disputed on the realistic occurrence of Vanessa's auditioning since TB has already picked her as one of the candidates during that time...I believe, the audition part never really happened... - IMO -
