I find that annoying every season to be honest. I wish it wasn't such a either-or situation. Just because I criticise someone it doesn't mean it's because I'm a rabid fan of the other, nor does me defending someone I personally feel is getting overly criticised make me a rabid fan of theirs. I don't really feel that strongly about any of these people, yet at times it feels like this board is pushing me to pick a side. Like during Ben's season, I liked both Lauren and JoJo and I liked Ben and Lauren together, but all the JoJo bashing at the end made me take a step back from the BenLo threads simply because I couldn't look at the gushing the same way when it felt like there was a flipside to it. JMO. As harsh as I may be myself at times, I sometimes wish people would focus more on the positive. It would make it easier for me to stay neutral and objective. Not trying to tell people what to post, just saying how I feel.

So far, I don't think Peter has committed any major crimes. IIRC people who actually know him have said he's a great guy who's involved in charitable causes and what not. Some SM likes aren't enough reason for me to start thinking he's an undercover a-hole. I have more reasons to side-eye Bryan at this point because of his actions before going on the show, but he may end up being another Jordan, who knows. I feel like I don't really know him at all at this point, so I can't really judge him either way. I wasn't particularly impressed with either guy going into the season, but based on what I've seen on the show, I prefer Peter's approach and disagree with the notion that he's not into Rachel at all. That is all. I'm not obsessed with him or shipping him and Rachel. If I defend him a lot it's simply because I feel like he's currently getting criticised a lot and his connection with Rachel often denied, while I definitely think it's there. I wish I didn't feel like it's getting me branded as a rabid Peter fan. JMO.

All JMO. I, personally, think he's approaching a very bizarre dating experience very smartly? But agree that it may not bode well for this fast-paced environment.

TOG comes across as all-in, but I can't shake the notion that he's full of hot air? Could be the editing, could be how much SHE has to push him to focus on what happens to their relationship when they're not living in the world of TPTB... don't know. IMO if she continues to have to do that, it could put a plus in the Peter column. I don't think TOG is a bad guy or even a bad guy for Rachel; I just hope we're given the opp to understand more of their relationship as the season goes on because the editing isn't doing either of the F2 (or Rachel) any favors.

TL;DR -- this entire season is a battle of heart and mind. Team Rachel. Leaning Team Peter. The sleuthing is excellent. I'm very confused :
