After reading this I wondered if the reason they are letting Rachel announce she is engaged is because of the Ben & Lauren breakup? Could the breakup announcement have hurt viewership for this upcoming season - unless we knew there was a happy ending?

I love the interview on Kelly and Ryan, it was sweet to see how happy she is, I can just imagine how Peter is now.  


@Bullwinkle I think that maybe part of it, she also said that she they saw how happy she was and did not want her to spoil so they give a little leeway on GMA she said that.
