All the new stuff except a whiskey cart, maybe that is a bit selfish. Usually things gotten together in a relationship are split evenly. JMO.

From Ben's post on twitter and from one of their interviews, it was mentioned Ben's old furnitures were not thrown away. In one of the interviews , I remember him saying of his plans to turn the back yard shed into his office with his old furnitures .So obviously IMO he has his old furnitures, he even said it in his post that he just wanted a fresh start .

Ben did an interview with Ryan Seacrest this morning to discuss the breakup, the bachelor, his podcast, etc. I haven't seen any links posted, so if anyone comes across one, please post it.

Do people usually promote podcasts this much? He's going all in, full on promo mode, using the break up as a promo tool too. He CLEARLY loves the limelight. Jmo.

If the podcast is a job he should promote it. Ben is quilty of many things, but his willingness to work hard at a job is not one of them, IMO.

@Cocoasneeze Idk if it is a lot or not because I don't typically follow many podcasts, especially when they were in the launching phase. it is an iheart radio podcast, and those are iHeartRadio stations though. Also, not to get too OT, but I'm real big into music industry formats/ charts, etc. My first job was at a radio station so the bts is something I've always been interested in. IHeartRadio is currently tanking big time. Like 20billion+ in debt, the radio industry itself is failing, due to streaming, Sirius, etc. Iheart was recently given like a year to get their crap together and come up with a plan of action, post radio or disassociate. I think this likely has something to do with it, since podcasts are currently on the rise and seem to be the way of the future. I find it a bit odd that the breakup lined up perfectly with his new podcast gig. He basically got a platform to clean up his image post breakup. jmo

Yeah. It really doesn't seem on the whim. Not everything has a hidden agenda. JMO.

So if the podcast was planned for months... doesn't that make it even more weird that an engaged to Lauren Ben is doing a podcast with... Ashley I.? It's just weird. Either way.

Ben has the draw of a much larger fan base than Ashley and Ashley has the experience of podcasting and broadcast journalism. It kind of reminds me of Sean and Michelle hosting AFter Paradise. Sean was the bachelor connection and Michelle was the established host that kept things moving. I was probably in the minority that thought they went somewhat well together, they just needed more time or to cover less IMO. When the podcast was announced last week, I assumed it was debuting this week to coincide with the bachelorette premiere.

I also find it weird, but it makes sense if they have been unofficially broken up as imo I suspect is possible for a little while.
