Also I love how more comfortable in her own skin she seems.

I have always found Lauren to be mature and very well spoken. She was always IMO the better of the two during media interviews. I have not listened to the podcast but it doesn't surprise me that she did a good job.

Just started listening to her podcast with Kaitlyn and I'm just loving her! I loved how she talked about how she was a deer in highlights the whole time and she hadn't even taken a professional headshot since her HS pictures. I also liked how she defended Nick and said that it doesn't matter how great the other person, sometimes you're just not right for each other. She comes off really mature and introspective. I've definitely become a big fan!

ITA! Regarding the bolded, the fact that she is close friends with Vanessa and still defended Nick speaks of her maturity. She has such a healthy outlook on relationships and breakups. I am so happy she found someone who treats her like the Queen she is. Huge shoutout to Devin as well for seeing her and loving her as Lauren and not as 'Lauren B from the Bachelor'.

I am happy for Lauren and her new boyfriend. If the dog in the picture is her new dog--I say congrats to her. She has really wanted one. I remember watching interviews with Ben and Lauren--every time Lauren mentioned getting a dog, it seemed like Ben cringed or tried to change the subject. I could tell they weren't on the same page with that. JMO.

She seems happy. Good for her. And what is this maybe 6 months later after the break up? Life does go on.

Lauren did a Q&A on her Instagram story last night; a few highlights:

- She met her current boyfriend on Tinder before the Bachelor; he is the only guy she ever met from the app.  They hung out, mostly as friends, but always got along well. She met up with him after returning to LA to catch up, things developed from there.
- 3 things she loves about him: 1) his laugh, 2) they have fun together and she can be herself around him, 3) basically everything else (her words!)
- Does it bother her that Ben is doing the podcast with bachelor girls?  "No"
- Does she think she and Devin will marry?  Said she sees a future together but needs to be 1000% sure before engagement/marriage, and that will take time.  Says she learned a lot over the past 2 years, but a big one is that marriage is special and sacred and shouldn't be rushed.

All signs seem to indicate Lauren is doing very well back in LA!

She looks lovely. I had no doubt she would get back to somewhat normal when she moved back to L.A. and away from the bachelor bubble. Getting right back into a normal relationship IMHO was the best thing for her.

It might sound weird, but I've been enjoying following her post breakup.
