This is probably more entertaining than the show will ever be.

I hope Peter really, really turns them down. He needs to run from this franchise imo. I don't know who can be the next lead- someone who enjoys being a puppet like Ben, I think.

Oh I definitely think Peter was there first choice. I dont know who said he was never offered the position, IMO this is all drama to get the people going. All this speculation is hype. I think there in negotiation and there working out there terms but in the end Peter will get the gig and if not all parties will be fine.

Sorry for the double post but all this proves to me what I've thought all along, Peter definitely wants the gig and I think the producers were in his ears during Rachel season. I won't be surprised if they come to some sort of agreement.JMO
