Oh thanks for clarifying, the discussion was about if the family are aware of what's being reported on SM and the rag mags about the cast. I was just using the fact that since her sister was part of a forum last year (she is not anymore); she is most likely in tune with what's being said in the SM world about the guys.

Thanks for clarifying. It does, but I immediately do a google search of every guy I go out with or any guy my sister goes out with to make sure they don't have any red flags. That worry would heighten when you factor in a show known for producing guys who are only in it for a quick shot a fame. I would want to know as much as possible especially if I knew my relative was in an environment where he or she knew nothing. JMO

I'm sure the family is reading spoilers from all sources, however, I doubt they can mention any of their findings. There are camera's filming everything. They wouldn't be allowed to have a sit down and review what they know about these guys or have any private time to discuss anything personal in nature without a camera in their face.

IMO TPTB will make sure of that.

I'm sure they've seen the Ellen episode as well. I wonder if they can mention that since it was part of the show.

I think it's a bad sign that there are two separate allegations against him --- imo where there is smoke there is fire... sadly enough. I really hope Rachel isn't flying blind about this guy.

We are sadly living in a current society bogged downed by law suits.
It's easier to set one up and settle whether rightful or not.
Malpractice insurance premiums are very high.
OBs are walking away from practicing at least where I live.
Where there is smoke is not always where there is fire. JMO

Sadly, this is true across the board for all those practicing in medicine. We all have to carry medical insurance. I just dropped mine when I retired. AFTER a YEAR.
There is alway a potential for anything dangerous happening when you are talking medicine and life.
My daughter just gave birth on the 18th. She had been high risk all along. It took a good anesthesiology dept over 6 times to do her spinal for her C-sect., so of course she had a major headache postpartum. She also lost 20% of her blood volume due to some major complications during surgery and she was already severely anemic.
To make a long story, short she was rushed to the hospital Wednesday very ill, she had to have a brain CAT, was set for a brain MRI and eventually had a transfusion. We were concerned.
Some people use the option of things going wrong to sue. Others don't.

I see interesting. I find it surprising this is the case for those who are chiropractors esp with how frequently he had allegations against him. Sorry to hear that the professions where people are dedicating their lives to care for others is highly risky...esp because high-risk cases would be handled with concern about suits as opposed to the person's health.

Bringing it back to Bryan - like I've said before, I'd really have to see him live to make any estimation about him. He gives off untrustworthy vibes but I'm not going to write him off completely yet...there are some clues that point to him not being trustworthy but he might really be ready to settle down and can be a loyal and dedicated partner...

I went back to watch the Ellen video and caught a moment where I think Rachel locked eyes with Bryan. It's interesting that she did that with both Peter and Bryan so early in the game -- it's possible she knew her connection with them was so strong that these guys would be in her F4. If Bryan is indeed looking for what Rachel is looking for in her life and if he can be dedicated and loving to her - I can see how his more energetic and confident personality could be very appealing to Rachel. Curious about the mental/emotional chemistry and how the conversations are between them to gauge for compatibility...

Would any legal trouble Bryan and his practice have been involved in really come as a surprise to Rachel? I don't know what kind of law she practices but I'm sure she knows this a common occurrence given his profession.

@BlackHalo I believe Rachel works in civil tort litigation so it's extremely likely she's handled a few med mal cases at some point. I worked as a law clark at a small civil litigation firm during law school and I worked on a few cases dealing in medical malpractice.

It's also probable that she knows that lots of perfectly decent doctors are sued. And fraud is a pretty common complaint against chiropractors from insurance companies. Most don't even want to acknowledge the work as legitimate. I'm not saying whether he did it or not, but All State doesn't like to pay people.

My apprehension concerning Bryan is not about this case, but about his actions Ellen. He rubbed me the wrong way. And there's a pun about chiropractors.
