Dr. Bryan Abasolo - Bachelorette 13 - *Sleuthing Spoilers*

Since Bryan is a Chiropractor and not a Doctor/MD he or anyone else in that field should never be referring patients for MRIs (without just cause is pretty much across the board for that field of work). No surprise at all that they got hit with a lawsuit because of it.

Also that 2016 insurance case was not the only one apparently there was a complaint filed against him in 2014..

@AllAboutLove I have had a chiropractor order an MRI for me. They are allowed to, it is not always covered by insurance though.

From what I've read, I don't trust this guy, but it could be fun to pretend all that doesn't exist and just enjoy his looks and charm (assuming he has some). For the duration of his stay on the show. Still, I hope Rachel doesn't end up with him. I'm not sure who she should end up with, however.

Woah these are very serious accusations that were issued against him - very serious ethical issues! I really hope Rachel vets him very very closely and doesn't pick him as her F1...

@emusha....@Dessler made another post that the allegations were against the practice Bryan works for. Regardless the court of public opinion thinks others wise especially based on the context that Radar Online ran the story with. I can only imagine that Rachel's family has caught up on that is being reported so I am very much curious as to how their opinion may or may not influence Rachel especially regarding Bryan if he is the front runner as being speculated......all jmho.

I'd love to know what Rachel's father thinks of this guy. I hope her family's keeping informed.

Her family would have no idea until she tells them the little she tells them at the MTP.

It has been posted on here that her sister was part of another forum while Rachel was filming the last Bachie season. Apparently the sister left that forum at some point so IMHO her family would be aware of what the SM world is saying about the guys during filming. Whether or not the family would react to any of the guys based on what they have read or heard during the MTP is another story...jmo.

Well, if that is going on during this filming, this season, they are violating their confidentiality agreements. Shame on them and shame on Rachel, especially since both she and her father deal with the law and contracts.

Their confidentiality agreement likely forbids them from talking to anyone outside the show about what's happening on the show. It would be extremely difficult for the show to police the family's ability to do an internet search. They may have agreed to not bring up any outside information in the meeting, but that doesn't mean that they won't know the information. And since Rachel's father is a judge, I imagine he would know how to ask the right questions of the guys without having to directly ask what he wants to know. Her sister would also likely be pretty good at that. You can ask leading questions that would paint a red flag for Rachel without directly stating what was read online.

A confidentiality clause that prohibits an internet search to keep informed in the age we are in is highly unlikely IMHO. But if anyone has seen any reality show confidentiality agreement where it's stipulated that family members are not to do an internet search about the show during filming; I will be keen to hear more on that....TYIA.
