When the family meets Vanessa I think they will clearly see the contrast been Vanessa and Raven.

I think she knew exactly what she was doing. She knows she has the heads up on Bella so telling her she won't even like Vanessa was her way of making sure Bella is already skeptical of V.

How old is Bella? I know Nick is 36 and Raven 25, so there's an 11 year age difference.
