would they add a new contestant randomly like this - is that something they've done before? I'd say people would love having Corrine on DWTS over having Vanessa based on how people seem to be responding to Vanessa on social media (generally negatively). Interestingly, Corrine seems to be more popular.

That was tweeted on 2/28, before the offficial announcement. I doubt it's true.

Yeah it was probably from the articles that were speculating about the cast and saying Nick was in talks and some were wondering about Corinne. E! Online and US Weekly both quickly said Corinne was a no-go though.

A couple of fan boards with insider sources have already confirmed Corinne is not on the season. And frankly, she couldn't even do basic Backstreet Boys steps and was crying the entire time. No way would she survive even week 1.

Where did Raven make the 'wild' comment? Can someone bring that comment over or point to the source. Nick said the ending is going to be 'wild' on his Finland IG pic. I think Raven is just iterating what he is saying.

Yes the show has randomly added in people after the official announcement, but it was only when one of the confirmed contestants had to pull out for whatever reason. Also, random comments on social media is not always a true indicator of popularity. Not to mention that DWTS viewers aren't all The Bachelor viewers and for most who aren't, for the record, they'd be glad to have no Bachelor people period on the show.

@lleyki yeah, DWTS fans aren't big on Bach contestants, ever. Most of the time Bach cast bring unnecessary showmance storylines, and many DWTS fans rather not have those. JMO.

Actually that's not why because as someone who's watched DWTS since it's first season, I can honestly say that the Bachelor people aren't the ones who've ever been involved in the showmance storylines on the show. Which is why I've always been amused when I see these comments from Bachelor franchise people about the rumors and showmance and all that.

Most DWTS fans don't like Bachelor contestants on the show simply because they think calling them celebrities is a joke and most of them are annoying famewhores. Seriously, that's all it is. Because yeah the show typically gets aging celebrities, people who used to be famous and athletes but at least those people are known for something as opposed to the Bachelor leads who to them is pretty much some random person who supposedly went to find love on a reality show.

@lleyki yeah,that too. Just reading DWTS boards, the Bach showmances get mentioned, even if they don't happen.

^^ Yup, that and how the Bachelor folks last longer than some celebrities who are better dancers - just coz they have a current built in fan base heading into the season. To this day, I don't know how CS lasted 7 weeks on the show! He was so bad.

Hi everyone, Nissa fan here coming out of lurkdom! Hoping these two have found their hea in each other!

I know this is a huge reach, but I'm kinda hoping the wild thing at the atfr is that Vanessa's students will be there and that someone from U2 will be there as well, since meeting U2 is their dream.... But I suspect this wouldn't fit with raven knowing about it. Maybe it's a reunion of all the Bach babies? Didn't they film that already? Just hoping its positive not negative!
