Did the contestants of BIP 4 sign a contract? Why are they sharing so much about the Corrine-DeMario hookup?

Selfishly I hope they (WB, TPTB etc)don't settle...I want it to play out in court.

The hours and hours of footage production must have. The ITMs with DeMario and Corinne, especially after they were shown the tape. What they were saying before they saw the tape. It will be fascinating.

Please don't get me wrong. I don't think assault is entertaining nor should it be. I don't want to watch it play out in court for my entertainment. I'm interested in the actual legal arguments and evidence. I want the truth. Not the he said/she said crap.

I wonder if fleiss will release parts of the tape to show there side. There's a lot on the line for the show right now. If they show parts of tape that shows she's lucid and laughing and talking about the hook up later they could blow credibility before she even starts. I would expect more details on her "boyfriend" to be leaked in the near future to media. They are going to embarrass her as much as possible


ETA I swear I heard before that their contracts state they can't sue production for any reason? Does anyone remember this? I think someone on RS's podcast mentioned it previously

Unless she was saying no or passed out and producers/crew allowed it to happen, I have no sympathy for her. Corinne can do Corinne, but Corinne needs to take responsibility for Corinne's actions. I wouldn't be surprised if she conspired with her BFF producer and the other to get paid. In several interviews she mentions how she is unsure/hesitant to do BIP, and in one (starts at 1:36 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k7Z-ZbEo2yI) she even mentions how she just has a weird feeling about it and it seems very scary. Maybe so it looked like things were already sketch down there?

IMO, maybe Corinne and her producer friends thought filing a complaint would just end with Corinne getting a nice chunk of change (to split with them) to keep quiet. And maybe she thinks hiring a big time attorney now will make them want to settle to stay out of the spotlight.

IMO, I don't think DeMario would be out and about asking for tapes to be released if it wasn't consensual. IMO, he would probably lay low and hope they pay Corinne to keep him out of legal trouble.

All the facts aren't out there as yet but I hope Corinne didn't plan this with the Producer (also her producer on Nick's season). IMO

Here are links to two articles in the Daily Mail.  I know it's a tabloid ala National Enquirer, but these articles show DeMario's side and Corinne's side.  At least that's what I get from the headlines.

I am certainly not for victim blaming but I am also not for false accusations. Both have equal weight in my eyes. And both are equally damaging to the parties involved IMO. In this case IMO the jury is still out so to speak.
My personal pet peeve in life in general is people not taking/accepting personal responsibility for their own actions. IMO many many situations in the world today revolve around blame. So since I don't have the facts....I am not certain who the victim/s are in this particular legal situation. It will be interesting to see how it unfolds.

So Corrine is in Us Weekly describing herself as a "victim." (sorry don't know how to bring over). I see a book deal, talk show circuit, and a large settlement $$$ in her future once it all is said and done. The fame she sought will be hers. It is disgusting to me. The price she has to pay is her pride, dignity, reputation and she will likely have to remain a "victim" to play it all out but I don't think she care, as long as she is famous.
