So the producer is a close friends of Corrine's? Would she be covering for Corrine if Corrine had hook-up remorse because of her bf? I would hope Shelby wouldn't risk her job by filing a false or exaggerated complaint. You never know with these people though.

Read too many rag mag articles to recall the source.  One mentioned the Mexican Tourist Board provides the resort free of charge.  This is similiar to how the other shows end up at whichever location.  Apparently the halt, as per the article unnamed source, was at the request of Mexico tourism.
A rumor, of course, as no proof was provided in the piece.  It is logical IMO. Some of what was supposedly filmed sounds like porn or a sex tape - oral sex in full view.

@Kashathediva Unfortunately it seems that they give their little "angel" whatever her heart desires. She can do no wrong in their eyes, hence her gross behavior.

Same here. I don't know much about law but LA Police Dept treating a place in Mexico as a crime scene can only happen in fiction IMO. Someone who knows more about law can confirm.

I live in the City of LA and quite honestly would rather my tax dollars not be spent on sending LAPD to investigate a BIP scenario.

ETA: Apart from the incident occurring in another country, I think Warner Bros is headquartered in Burbank, mansion is in Agoura Hills and MF lives in Malibu. None of which, in addition to Mexico are within LAPD jurisdiction.

If i can recall from all the write ups, Shelby, Corinne handler and producer, was not there but saw footage the next day and that caused her to file complaint.

Do you think the complaint has to do with the fact that they filmed oral sex and the concern was over how it would be aired?. Seriously, that is some soft porn going on!

Maybe the consent was not so much with Demario but also more about the type of activity that ABC would film and eventually air, with the famous darkened areas and black boxes.

Shelby may have then raised the too drunk to give consent complaint, and with how much news that has been given (and for many unfortunate victims, deservedly so!!), to prevent the film from airing as it pushes the envelope even for Corinne who clearly, imo, has ongoing tv aspirations.

IThat said, if ABC filmed itm post hook up with Corinne acknowledging the hook up, the investigation should be quickly cleared up.

RS's account make more sense to me than the other rumors that have been spinning around.  Because I just can't believe that  if there witnesses to her being blacked out drunk that no one would have stepped in to stop this.

A few things come to my mind.

The RS write up is VERY anti Corinne, and so have his tweets been. He usually takes a very one sided view point with his spoilers, and I personally don't consider him a reliable source.

Corinne is going against TPBP, the producer is going against TPBP, and they will not win this, at least in the public eye. Corinne will be trashed to no end, TPBP will use multiple outlets, and imo have started with RS.

Our sources say the field producer in question was assigned to shadow Corinne, and began hearing stories from people on the set that Corinne was so drunk she had no idea what was going on in the pool. It's unclear if the producer watched the incident, but we know she has NOT seen the footage.

People familiar with the footage tell TMZ Corinne appears "fully engaged." As we reported, after the complaint was filed Warner Bros immediately dismissed both DeMario and Corinne and launched an investigation into "misconduct."

IDK as the poster pointed up thread, I'm so sorry I forgot who it was, that Raven seemed to be the one that fed RS during Nick's season which IA with. I can totally see her giving her side of the story to RS, plus maybe she witnessed it.

ETA: where was she if she was suppose to shadow Corinne? Knowing Corinne's behaviour I'd be constantly with her if she was my responsibility.

Here's what RS had to say about Jorge and Wells.

-Remember I also reported back on May 31st that I was hearing a former contestant was gonna be brought in to replace Jorge the bartender? That happened. Jorge was there on Day 1, but then Wells came in on Day 2 and replaced him. He was going to be the bartender for the season, talking to people about their problems and handing out drinks, but eventually would’ve been allowed to ask someone out on a date.

Steve said it came from various sources, so I wouldn't be surprised if he spoke with multiple people from the cast. I would imagine in this situation, they're much more likely to talk than if he reached out for spoilers during Bachelor/Bachelorette seasons.
