I don't think Rachel would stop following her. Not at this stage of the game. JMO

So they are claiming he was less drunk. Honestly, if one or both were that drunk then why did one of the cast say something. If they witnessed they are as much to blame as producers IMO.

I doubt the squad really was or has ever been anything other than "Rachel's squad" ie. a group of people who love and support Rachel as opposed to a group of girls who are close and REAL friends with each other. Those girls are and have always been too different for that kind of cohesive group. As I'd stated before I see those girls as a group similar to one that went on a study abroad trip together while in college bonded by a common experience - closeness is there between specific individuals but nothing more and nothing else.

All this is going to be messy and it sounds like it will affect people in very serious ways. If anyone ever considered this franchise is anything more wholesome than UNReal - they are sorely mistaken...

There are only two reasons I can think of why some of the girls would unfollow Corinne.
1. They think DeMario is the victim, and she is the aggresor. which, judging from his comments, doesn't seem to be the case.
2. They don't believe her to be a victim and are pissed that their BIP time was cut short.

I'm going to believe the girlwithnojob, that it's much more serious than Demarios tmz thing--who is mostly blaming Corinne for jumping on him and putting things in his face, or the initial "soft core" comment. It had to be really serious to stop the whole thing.

Have we heard anything that confirms this is a legal issue? A complaint to WB is not a lawsuit. I know that a source told someone that the producer was suing but haven't seen anything else. WB may be worried about lawsuits however which may be why they shut the show down.

It's ridiculous that it takes something like this to make them stop filming something that clearly has gone too far. It's not fun to watch drunk people try to have sex imo. I'm sure there's an audience for this but do they really think it's on prime time network tv?

I agree, the people quote was that one contestant expressed they were upset that production had not stepped in to stop it. If that person was cognizant that production should have stepped in then they themself should have stepped in in my opinion. If they were not calling out producers I would not care. But to claim it bothered you but you did nothing is annoying to me. JMO.

I dunno but Jasmine and Alexis are still following DeMario but not Corinne so they seem to be on his side.

I don't see why Corinne and DeMario aren't both being seen as victims in this situation, they were both really drunk, and maybe neither of them could have consented, and there were sober producers and contestants around who could have stepped in at any second but seemingly didn't apart from one producer who tried.

@jessicajayx I blame them all. Anyone who was sober enough to realize that this should not be happening. I will even agree with @sprite, the people on this show need to take responsibility for their own drinking. Plenty of blame for all. I am not blaming DeMario and I am actually incredibly uncomfortable at the idea that just he would be getting the blame. JMO.

I don't know if it's got anything to do with who the victim is (if anyone). I think they're simply pissed about losing their airtime because of Corinne. BIP has been their raison d'être for the past six months and now it's gone? They must be fuming! I'm feeling so much schadenfreude though. What will they do now to extend their 15 minutes? Try to sell interviews about what happened?

Rachel has no reason to unfollow Corinne regardless of what happened, since it doesn't affect her. JMO.

I feel bad for Carly and Evan, whose wedding is now under the shadow of these events. Hope TPTB give them their own episode. They can fill the BIP timeslot with "Carly and Evan: Newlyweds".
But something tells me the Carly and Evan are now the last thing on producer's minds.
