I'll play devil's advocate too.  If they were hammered out of their minds and their actions were explicit/obvious while nude and if the cameras kept rolling in essentially an open set environment then the network is in possession of pornography.
If quick action were not taken then a cast member or someone working at the hotel could have talked to others or eventuallyreported it and the network could have been sued or investigated for possibly filming pornography.
 This way, the net is only cast a short distance: the couple, the camera/sound crew, the handlers of the couple.

I was looking forward to the wedding and seeing Ben Z and Dani M finding love. Hoping it will still happen

Wow, not what I was expecting when I opened the thread. It seems very strange that a producer would sue.

What's wrong with the "squad"? Is it something to do with Nick's season? I don't mind them other than Corinne. Not surprised she & DeMario are involved nor that it happened while filming. They seem to love this stuff even when it makes a lot of the viewers (like me) cringe. I'll be surprised if they cancel production altogether based on what I've heard but you never know.

I'm torn about not seeing Carly & Evan's wedding but I think they'd do far better with a private one.

The producer IMO wouldn't file a lawsuit if he/she didn't think they had a case. Allegations must be coming from TP.

I'm going to give the producer the benefit of the doubt. I'm glad no one is hurt. That was not fun not knowing there for awhile.

I'm not being snarky, but I have to wonder what constitutes "misconduct" with this bunch? Did they rob a liquor store?

This is my guilty pleasure summer fun so I hope they can salvage the season IF nothing nefarious occurred.
