I have no idea what's going on with them, and none of us are Nostradamus and we can't tell the future. No one can say they haven't tried though. If they are taking time to separate a bit, reevaluating life and then chose to come back together, I will root them on. That's real. That's life. 

This is a couple that has never pretended to be perfect. (Ironically enough, given the Perfect Ben monikers and the - unfairly imo- accusations that they think they are perfect and they are above everyone.) They have let people in just enough, have showed everyone their struggles and pulled back the curtain a bit to the difficulties of turning being lead/F1 into an actual partnership. They didn't talk about these struggles in hindsight, like many other successful couples from this franchise, but they discussed them in real time. That's brave.  

I have no real expectations for them. But, like I said previously, I'm all about second chances ... and if they decide they made some mistakes, needed to press pause for a bit,  but decide at the end of the day BenLo is worth fighting for, I think that's a pretty lovely story.

@sosleepy To be fair though, if it was up to Ben, we WOULD think they're perfect IMO. Ironically, Lauren, the one everyone thinks is fake, is the one who's kept it real

Well, I personally have never found her fake. ;)

IMO, the SM thing is a generational thing, and Ben and Lauren are of that generation so they use SM just like the rest of them. It is their choice how much they choose to share and how much they read the comments (good and bad) and how much they allow the public's opinion to influence their own thoughts.

I just think that if I were in their shoes (trying to navigate this new relationship that began with warped speed on tv with an engagement) and if I were second guessing my feelings or trying to figure out if I really wanted to marry this person, and if I were still at their age (young), I might find that the feedback from the general public on SM confused me more. If you have any of the "people pleaser" gene in you, I think it would put a lot of unnecessary pressure on you. If you have any underlying feelings of self-inadequacy inside you, it could be downright brutal. All JMHOAA.

So much awkwardness in the hockey photo. So.much. . I still think they will split. It's just a matter of time. Jmhoaa.

RS and Courtney spoke about Ben and Lauren in the podcast from yesterday/today at around 1 hour and 2 minutes in. They both give very good insight, and he makes it seem like he now has some sort of "source."

Yeah, he said he was getting emails from fans, so he decided to dig deeper into it. His line about not rushing to get them a wedding gift or whatever brings back hilarious memories for me since he said the same thing about a certain bachelorette couple that broke up a couple of years ago

When Courtney brought up the intentional quotes she would post, it reminded me of Lauren's songs she snapped a few days ago. It was also interesting that Courtney brought up the fact that when things with Ben were difficult, she would make it seem like things were perfectly fine. A lot of the past (and I bet present) couples did (do) that. IMO. Like she said, "you never know." They talked about the couple's for a good 5-8 minutes, really eye opening stuff IMO.

What Reality Steve said is nothing surprising . IMO he seems to be basing his judgement more so from the emails he got from the fans. We all here already know they are going through some rocky stage . That's what he basically said too . They are still together but uncertain of future.. IMO If he had some solid source proof of them certainly breaking up , he would have said it just like when josh and Amanda were on the verge of breaking up,where he announced it way before for sure about they breaking up. So IMO he is exactly at the same spot as we all here arei.e UNCERTAIN
As far as buying anything from the registry YET, IMO he is always skeptical about all these couples and always has been saying he will believe them all only when they walk down the aisle and not based on their SM posts.JMO

Am I the only one that don't see anything awkward in that picture? I just don't. I see two people at a game and took a picture with their partner like everyone else. I do feel out of all the couples, Lauren and Ben really get unfair scrutiny at times. I do think they are having difficulties, but I don't think everything they do must seem awkward or weird between them because of those difficulties.
