Nick Viall - Bachelor 21 - Episode 5 Jan 30th - *Sleuthing Spoilers*

Wasn't Vanessa wearing this dress at the last rose ceremony? At the season promo she says that he makes her feel beautiful and I was hoping to see their convo

ITA that TPTB are the ones keeping Corinne there, especially given she never to a 1on1 date and was on a 2on1 date. Add in that Corinne never goes to FD per sleuthing and to me she is just there to make it seem like Nick is not there for the right reasons (so just wants someone to fool around with) however... her being eliminated before FDs I think is nothing more than a way to show that he is there for the right reasons (find a wife) since all F3 girls are well-liked and seen as wife material. I think that was always the storyboard for the season and Nick had to pick his battles and if anything, if TPTB wanted Corinne in F3 there's no doubt in my mind that was when Nick put his foot down. His F3 choices say a lot to me of how serious he actually is.

Bottom line for me: This Corinne stuff is nothing more than a BIP audition, IMO. Heck, I'd go so far as to say that this show itself, other than the F1, is nothing more than Bachelorette and BIP auditions for contestants.

The alone time with the ladies on the group date showcases why they can't show too much of Nick and Vanessa in comparison. I thought he looked so far removed. Legs crossed with Danielle, looked awkward when raven said she fell in love with him so blantanly. Just nothing there honestly. No real emotional connection. The most excitement was when Danielle mentioned Vanessa's name connecting with the spirit. He lit up at just the sound of her name.

I think Rachel showed the second best connection tonight, but it's more like a body and mind thing. With Vanessa she's got his heart too.

I watched a real horror movie called The Monster!  It was pretty good.  I can just see clips and read more entertaining things here. LOL

I loved his date with Rachel. I appreciate what she brings to the show (IMO) - a presence at least somewhat grounded in reality in addition to being fun and cute. I like her.

Did they show any Vanessa 1:1 time at all?

Ouiji board, haunted house, ghosts, voodoo? What is next? Casting spells, magicians and tarot cards? Some people aren't into demonic worship. Don't they know that?
