Nick Viall - Bachelor 21 - Episode 4 Jan 23 - *Sleuthing Spoilers*

Taylor seems like the definition of book smart to me, which makes her talk about Corinne's lack of emotional intelligence kind of ironic. Corinne may be a brat, but Taylor is very condescending and self-righteous IMO. If she was as emotionally intelligent as she thinks she is, she wouldn't be wasting her time trying to get through to Corinne or complaining about Danielle L. stealing Nick away.

I'm not doubting. Not sure if I'm wearing rose colored glasses or if it really is that obvious, but his whole vibe with Vanessa is totally on another level than with the other girls, IMO. But I get why Raven was f2 now, and I think he really did like her. I'm betting she's the next 'Ette.

I'm actually team Corinne when it comes to Taylor. That girl is so awful and thinks she's much smarter than she actually is.

Loved raven too! She's been one of my faves from the start, as she's super witty and sharp on social media. I'm glad we got see that on the show. She's definitely a strong contender for the Bachelorette, but I'm not ready to write anyone out just yet. Lot of people thought Caila had it in the bag last year, so you never know. IMO.

The Bachelor doesn't even get the privilege of veto power? I don't know why he was bragging about his childhood neighbor's farm then. I thought I remembered Chris Soules going on about how he planned a date one time.

So we didn't see Vanessa tell Nick that Danielle L was fake tonight..RS said we would see that unless it's still to come next week but I thought RS said she did it at the cocktail party after the group date?

I would love Raven as the next lead, I think she'd be a hoot!!
And could you imagine if she got really mad?? She'd give Emily and her "West Virginia hood rat backwoods" a run for its money!

I think Nick loved that date...as did I. It was fun and easy and he got to spend time with family, but as much as he enjoyed it, I didn't really see the kind of chemistry he had with Vanessa. Another woman he likes and can talk with, but the chemistry is missing for me. Maybe because I have seen "it" with Vanessa I will be comparing everyone to that level. If we see her confronting him like Vanessa did, I might be more willing to entertain it, but still...

I think the big test for me with all of the F3 will be how ... and if ....they confront Nick. If I don't see them doing that, then I don't think Nick will really be interested in them for the long haul. He has said repeatedly he likes a strong woman and one who can call him out on his bull sh*t. I think that is why he was so enamoured with Raven's story about confronting her ex.

Ha, I definitely saw some glimpses of that Russian temperament in her tonight, but I'm sure it only makes her more attractive to Nick. After all, he was clearly turned on by the thought of Raven beating her ex with a shoe.

The only say they get is normally when it comes to the F1 and trying to get a specific 1:1 with them.  The lead have little to no say the whole season.  They all tend to say I planned this or that, blah blah blah, but they don't plan anything.  Producers, handlers and other lowly souls at the show have to do all that.

When it comes to veto power, you better hold that in reserve until the end when it counts, IMO.  Cause it's a pick your battles and where you stand your ground when it comes to the lead vs TpTB.
