Somebody is in trouble!

You could just see him blink and swallow when she said "at that point, I'd just rather you didn't give me a rose". He looked like he was about to say something and then stopped himself, trying to think of how he could smooth that over. Can't wait to see just how they resolve their first disagreement.

O.k. Just have to say it. Who came up with the idea of shoveling sh** on a date?!? Hate the stereotyping of Wisconsin and just think it's a stupid idea. And for that matter, didn't JP and Ash go roller skating on his HTD?

I still enjoy the show but sometimes I just shake my head.

There are so many things they could have done on a date. I guess the date's theme sums up the premise.

I have a feeling the contestant questionnaire included a question about their idea of a worst date. TPTB probably got a number of responses that had to do with shovelling sh!t or wrangling farm animals.

Maybe it's because I grew up in a family of farmers in Wisconsin, but this date is just funny to me. I would say it would be interesting to watch them shear a sheep or clip a pig but that would be dangerous for the animals and I definitely don't want to see that.

But does that have anything to do with Nick's personal life?
If it does, then I can see the relevancy.
If not, why make a date out of it is my thought.
There are wonderful things to do in so many of the locations the show travels to each season and I am constantly amazed at the bullchit they choose to focus on.

Wasn't home to Wisconsin a last minute location change because of weather?  Not a whole lot of time to scout dates.  

But I agree. This has nothing to do with Nick's upbringing. More Prince Farming than Prince Smaring.

Yes, they were supposed to be in SC and made a last minute decision to go to to his hometown.  But I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if they had planned to go At some point later in season and still had those awful dates planned.
