This pic says a lot about Vanessa IMO. Such a hideous dress and yet she's totally owning it! I imagine some of the other girls would have thrown a tantrum if they'd been given that to wear. She clearly doesn't take life too seriously - exactly what Nick needs, IMO.

I think it will be interesting to see how the women react to Vanessa as the season moves along...will Nick make it obvious she is the standout choice for him? I think they will pick up pretty quickly how into her he is, I wonder if that is why the other girls start to dislike her..doesn't seem like this season was that hard a choice for Nick from all I have read, it appears he was just scared that he would be rejected again, so I wonder how soon it will be totally obvious she was his choice..

Was it posted on the same day? Because I follow both of them on snapchat and instagram and I didn't see Vanessa's.

No different days. I think Vanessa's was posted before she was reportedly seen at the airport.

No just read that her heritage is Italian but her nationality is Canadian..so I assume she is like me who has British heritage but is a born Canadian.

She said in her intro she is 100% Italian, not sure at this point if that just means both her parents were born in Italy, or if that means she was also born in Italy or if that means she is very much Italian in her character and the way she lives her life.

Yeah I assume that to mean both parents are Italian so her heritage is 100% Italian, she could have been brought over to Canada as a baby but I would suspect she is a born Canadian & just said that due to both parents being from Italy.
I have a few friends the same...both parents are born in Italy came over to Canada years ago & had their families so my friends are Canadian born but it's very Italian in their homes even today, the parents tend to still speak mostly Italian over English even now all these years later.

@Lisa I am in the same boat but I don't consider myself 100% Italian simply because I wasn't born there. I guess it all depends on what one thinks the meaning of 100% is.

To be fair half of the snaps I've been watching are using that filter. It's new and everyone tends to try them out more.

Vanessa posted hers on Wednesday, allegedly (because there's no picture proof so I am being cautious) spotted in the airport on Thursday and haven't posted anything since then that I can see. Nick posted his on Saturday. I just find it interesting and it's up to everyone to make their own opinion.
