John Stanton (Amanda's dad) liked a comment on this pic that essentially says Ben and Lauren would stay together if that meant staying relevant. Ummm. First of all, does he know who his daughter is? Second of all, that's rude. Considering his daughter is best friends with Lauren. Third of all, I wonder if he knows something..?

It's wild. I literally can't believe that Lauren's best friends father liked a comment calling Ben and Lauren annoying, interested in fame, and they would stay together to be relevant. My God

I have to wonder if the dad did not know what he was doing other than liking a photo? Is that possible? I can't imagine a parent (my age--ancient) getting involved especially in a negative way.

IMO part of the problem is this unrealistic expectation which the show created with 'Perfect Ben'. IMO it's no secret that most of these people end up with an inflated self-worth once they are the lead. I feel in Ben's case, the show made it worse with the whole 'Perfect' Ben narrative.

IMO Once the show is done, the couple should be on an equal footing for it to work IRL. IMO If one continues to feel like a 'prize' which the other person 'won', IMO there is little probability of the relationship working in the long run. IMO every couple on this show would encounter this challenge but Ben's 'perfect' narrative probably made it more difficult for him and Lauren IRL.

There's 101 comments on Lauren's picture. I went through a bunch of them and that's the only one that he liked out of all of those comments as far as I can tell.
