@reason It is really interesting the Bachelor NZ Twitter Account has posted a few posts about Lily but not so much on FB. What is happening with Viarni ?seems to be some editing happening that is highlighting her discontentment, There must be a rationale for this. IA Lily would be an excellent Bachelorette, maybe that is the plan.

@Karina She is wise beyond her years. I just adore her, she dont give a damn what anyone thinks. I see Zac saying so many positive things about her, I wish I knew his thought process her. He seems a bit soft around her. She is drop dead gorgeous, if you asked me. I love the little flirt on the plane.

@reason Well, tonight will be very interesting as Zac has his single date with Lily on Tonight's episode. Watch the editing closely and the music etc may provide some clues. It seems odd that Viarni, Bel, and Hannah are not followed by Zac on IG but the others are last time I looked he was following Lily this may have changed. These are really obvious clues too obvious so are they playing with us ?!!!!! I wonder if the average kiwi really gets someone like Lily? she is left field which is what the show needs.

@sprite, thanks for pointing me to the youtube videos. The other links are just not working for me (seems like I was picking up too many unwanted popups) so I was living vicariously through @katiebelle's play by play since Epi 1.

After watching one of the more recent epis, I can now relate to some liking Sarah, Lily, and Bel. I can also see how Viarni would be a popular F1. Not sure yet who my final 3 or 4 would be - I do think that Bel and Sarah are my 2 favorites after watching 1 episode. I think Hannah reminds me of US Bach21's Josephine - need to see their interaction yet to see the chemistry between her and the lead. I like Zac so far, but I can't yet see his "tells" I hope he picks well.

@reason Yes, I think so the lead should be becoming more obvious.Tonight will be interesting.

I am finally all caught up.

Like many here, I am really liking Lily...as is Zack. The last episode, when you could see he was getting frustrated with the women and was looking rather p*ssy, he pulled her aside and after their time together he was all smiles. I think he just enjoys spending time with her and finds her a little intriguing since he can never figure out what she will do next. One thing that kind of annoyed me is how when the other women saw how he liked her writing the questions on her leg, they started copying her. All of a sudden they have questions on their thighs, pop questions, etc. Put in a little effort. I also have to agree, she would make a great bette if she was just a little older.

So, as of this last episode, my top women for Zack are Viarni and Sarah. He seems to have the most connection with them...and Lily. The rest seem lacking. If I was choosing for him, I'd pick V as I think she is a well rounded combination of everything he seems to be looking for....fun, adventurous, serious with good chemistry. There is also chemistry with Sarah, but she doesn't seem as outgoing and that appears to be something Zack likes.

Finally, can I just say that the group date with the elephants was absolutely amazing! I think that has to be my favourite date of all time across all the different versions of the show. I would love, love, love to go there and do that. Truly incredible.

I dont like Sarah or Bel for some reason.

Yeah, I can't make up my mind about Sarah. It may be that she is just an introvert and rather serious, in which case I can empathize and give her the benefit of the doubt, but either way, I hope he doesn't pick her. He seems such a laid back, nice, normal guy, I just think if he did pick her they wouldn't last. Not that he would necessarily last with the others either, just that I think she would dump him pretty quickly. I could be wrong and she might prove me wrong in the next few episodes.

I think Bel is a little too quiet for Zak. I think he was attracted by her early on, but I don't think he is as into her now. The cat talk was all kind of awkward and you could see him just tuning out and going . It reminded me of when the other girl started talking to him about her crystals.

As for Viarn getting spooked and testy, it kind of reminded me of the US version of the show, when the F1 starts doubting their connection because they are getting jealous and the producers are playing with their head. They start losing it a bit and it becomes a plot line. I'm wondering if it will be the same here.

So tonight is episode 11 and he is only down to 9. How many more episodes are there usually?
